I truthfully meant to answer this a while ago but haven't been able to draw, so I'll just answer it normally

Short answer is yes definitely, long answer is this:

Peter gets to know Tony better than anyone, he knows what Tony has gone through and doesn't like forcing him to do anything he doesn't want to do.

That being said, if he genuinely thinks it would do Tony some good, Peter isn't afraid to incur the wrath of the honeybee~. Tony is all bark and no bite when it comes to Peter and they both know it, so he'll grumble and pout but he'll do it.

Peter and Charlie get along really well, if Tony is busy and Peter feels like going out he'll usually hang out with Charlie and Vaggie. Obviously these two love to sing and dance together~
