i framed it before i took a photo and sadly this is the best i could do with the reflection

especially because this is the third time i made this one and i really nailed it with the fabric, I'm so happy with it

I've had this pattern for way over 5 years now, so I'm not 100% sure where it's from anymore, but i think its this person

i wanted to try doing my patches on felt because i usually do them on fabric and use fray check on the edges, but felt doesn't fray. It worked pretty good, but i also love the stiff edges the fray check gives the patches, so i'm not sure if I'll switch or not

little bowl I made in art therapy, air dryed clay painted with acrylic paint

I was feeling very overwhlemd that day so my therapist suggested something more physical and the clay worked really well. I spend almost the whole time just feeling it between my fingerns and smoothing it out. I was kinda toying with a bowl shape throughout, but it was more feeling and trying different things and not thinking about a finished 'product' i wanted to have at the end. This form i did only in like the last 10min or so. I'm very happy that its very much not perfect, uneven and lumpy and that i still like it and don't so everythink i could have done better. I especially like the teeny tiny feet. The paint also makes me really happy, even tho i already chipped it, i almost don't want to put anything in it. It would also be fun to hang it up upside down so the sun shines down ono you like a miniature sky.

Hi tumblr! In case you didn't know, I run a very silly DnD-esq improv mystery show on Drawfee called Drawtectives! Here's the intro that me and @dilfosaur made for it that I'm very proud of. The way that it works is that I write the season / episodes before hand then make all of the main assets before we record, then we run it like a DnD campaign without the dice rolling or skill checks... or skills. The show is in it's 3rd season but you in NO way have to watch the other seasons to jump right in! Just join in and solve a mystery or two with this found family of lovable idiots all played by a... found family of lovable idiots (us the Drawfee team). Episode 1 of Midnight Alley can be found here and the playlist for the season can be found here! New episodes every month unless the baby arrives sooner than anticipated.
