In Florida, not all damsels in distress are what they seem.

Although new species are discovered in Florida all the time, you rest assured, as they still haven't discovered your kind.

In your struggle to maintain a healthy Florida lawn, you've found that nothing tops human blood.

Many of the things supposed extinct in Florida...disagree.

Thousands of people disappear into the Florida swamps every year. Even worse are the ones who come back.

Unable to bear the crushing guilt of your murders any longer, you go to your local police station to turn yourself in. The desk sergeant just smiles at you and says, "Don't worry kid, you're doing just fine."

Wednesday Season 2 Teaser Trailer Filming Locations

Yup, you read that correctly, I've already found exterior locations from the Wednesday Season 2 Teaser Trailer. You can watch my video about it on YouTube:

or just read along below & I'll tell you where they're located.

The first is the above image of the Addams clan driving Wednesday & Pugsley to Nevermore, which we see across a lake. I found this by feeding the above image into Google reverse image search & the second hit gave me a photo taken at the same spot:

This is Lough Tay in Ireland:

The top red circle is where Nevermore is located & the bottom red circle is where the Addams' car is driving on the road. The GPS coordinates of the exact spot are 53.101545, -6.263843. I'm not sure if this spot is private property but you can park nearby on Wicklow Way & hike to the exact spot in just 10 minutes. I'd be quick about it just in case it's private (it's probably private).

The other exterior is the new Pilgrim World, which I'd already speculated in an earlier post would be at the location they selected, so I'm pleased with that particular bit of Magic 8 Balling.

Above is the shot of Pilgrim World from the teaser & I recognized it in a millisecond. This is a standing exterior set at Ashford Studios in County Wicklow located at GPS coordinates 53.023364, -6.103246. Pay attention to the 6 tower palisade in the background & the 'T' shaped bridge in the foreground.

Above is a Google street view of the 6 towered palisade & in the below image, circled in red, you can see the palisade as well as the 'T' shaped bridge.

And all the studio interiors you see in the teaser were either shot at Ashford Studios or Ardmore Studios in Bray (below image) GPS 53.196355, -6.125976, but this has been known since it was first announced that Wednesday Season 2 would be filming in Ireland.

I killed myself trying to find the airport filming location, but as it is only shown as interior shots, no luck.

My Poor Brain

Here's a little window into how my poor brain works. I'm at Publix in the produce section, thinking, "Must get bananas," when out of the corner of my eye I see this mural

and a part of my brain thinks, "Oh how nice, they've hung a saurapod mural in Publix." Then I furrow my brow for a moment as the rest of my brain chimes in with, "Wait, Publix did what now?" So I fully turn to look at the mural and see it isn't in fact a saurapod mural in the produce section - because why would anyone do that - and it is instead a mural of 3 green peppers with long stems. Which makes sense as this is the produce section & not the dino-meat section.

Fortunately, my poor brain was rewarded with what it was clearly craving just a few aisles over when I found this

which was precisely what I though I'd seen in mural form a couple sections over. So with this image in hand, we can finally see what my poor brain thought it saw in the produce section.

And there you go.

There is a part of my brain that thinks, "Perhaps the world would be a better place if there really were saurapod murals in the produce sections of grocery stores," and you know, it certainly couldn't be any worse.

But then everything suddenly made sense once I realized that I'd forgotten to fed my alligator this morning & this was my brain's way of trying to remind me that my pet dinosaur, Buttercup, must be fed.

You can just imagine my relief once I understood that my brain's odd actions made sense after all. For a moment there, I thought I'd gone quite mad. ;-)
