Hi everyone, admin Sophie here. First off, I’d like to thank everyone for their interest. I’m sorry I have to write this post, but it’s not all bad news. When I first came up with the idea of this RPG, I wanted everything to be right, and I was so motivated, but then time got closer and I really didn’t have anything ready for when I wanted to launch, so I put off the launch date till January, but then I got a full-time job and it’s pretty exhausting and I found myself having less time to focus on my tumblr or writing for this RPG, and as the date I was supposed to be launching came closer, I worked a bit harder and I gotta say, I rushed quite a bit. I wanted to get this RPG open, so I made it a skeleton rpg, but honestly, I have always wanted this RPG to be a bio one. So I won’t be opening this roleplay, not yet. 

I’d like to thank you for applying. I’d like to thank you for your questions and your interests but, after reading a rather harshly delivered opinion, I think I need to work out some kinks because I don’t think this RPG is good enough. Not yet. I need to work on it, and I want to work on it so it can be it’s best and what I wanted it to be one year ago when the idea of crimesquadrpg was born. We will be back, I’ll be working to make this blog even better than before and something people may actually want to join. I think I also rushed because I’d been working on it a year and I was like “you’re taking far too long”. But I realise now if I don’t think it’s the best it can be, how can others? I love you all, and I’ll see you in the future. Maybe the summer, but I won’t be putting time constraints on myself. It’s been over a year since this idea was born, and I think it’s going to take a bit longer. But that’s okay.

Which positions you'd like to see filled in the squad? (i.e. Captain, detective, profiler, etc)

Hi anon, thank you for your question! If you want to put a preference for which position your character would like to play, or what you think they could play in your application that’s fine, but at the moment I want people to get to know each other beforehand, and get to know their characters before the whole “power” thing comes into play. So, when the RP opens, it’ll be a week of getting to know the system, the cops being trained, and then it’ll be will be getting your role and then getting into the job. I will message everyone before this to check what they want their characters position to be, but I hope this makes sense!
