Jester, like everyone else in Exandria, can't cast Sending but she's gotten around it by simply forcing Artagan to physically go to her target and verbally relay the message, then come back with a reply.
The word limit still applies because Artagan is busy with everything going on and all and he can't remember more than roughly 25 words at a time anyway.

I literally can't stop thinking about Imogen resting her head on Laudna's shoulder in the animated intro because like yeah that pulled Laudna out of the darkness and into the light but ALSO. Also?? Imogen "anxious all the time weight of the world on her shoulders sleep is a literal nightmare" Temult looks so... Content? Happy???? Comfortable and at peace because they saved each OTHER??? hahaha anyways!!
