Can you do a post about writing Hysterical scenes? Because I am a roleplayer and my character, she can't remember last night and she just wakes up with a bloody dead hiker at her feet and realizes she's a vampire and when she gets home she is going to find her family dead and I'm a bit stuck at writing it.

Well I've seen the plot before but that's not always a bad thing.  The getting married part is a little odd at the end but, otherwise, I would just make sure that the illnesses are being portrayed correctly.  Good luck and everyone should go check them out!

Ryan Gosling is just very attractive, plus he's one of those actors that has played a ton of diverse, amazing roles.  Honestly, I don't know how used he is but I would LOVE to see a character who is darker and maybe even a little evil.

Dichen is literally my favorite face from Dollhouse.  She's gorgeous, amazing, and super diverse.  I think she is perfect to add more diversity to a roleplay and, as I said, she's literally my favorite.

Chad Michael Murray is a fantastic, versatile face who is young enough to fit in most rps.  He's also gorgeous and took up most of my teen years as my teen heartthrob but that's not the point.  I usually don't see Chad, probably because he hasn't been in much since OTH but I definitely think he should be used.

Review: Studyshows-rp

First Impressions    

URL:  So the url made me think of a research report or something, only those are "studies show".  I think it's a good url.

Theme:  I love your theme.  From the organization to the colors, it's all really nice and put together.  I would maybe make the box color around the nav links a little lighter so it stands out more, otherwise it looks great.  Maybe put the "subjects" above apply though?  Usually the order I recommend is something like Plot, Rules, Roles, Apply, Navigation and if you have room then the follow list.  That's just my preference, of course.

Sidebar Plot:  I'm not sure the word "resigned" is what you're looking for.  Maybe something like cancelled?  Resigned usually applies to a job or to giving up and I'm not sure that's the vibe you're going for.  Otherwise the plot sounds pretty good but it gives away the whole plot, from the sound of it.  Unless you have a twist in the main plot, I would recommend giving away a little less in the sidebar.  Maybe leave out the part about past failures or the part about how many subjects there will be.  Vagueness can be helpful because it draws people in a little.  It's like reading a book jacket; you want the plot to be given a little but not a lot and you want to end on a bang so people want to read on.

Plot     

Semantics:  After several rounds of failed subjects, they are hoping to have finally made a break through [WITH] these 19 subjects. They have noticed that adolescence is the best time to have a human go through the necessary procedures[,] that is when they are most susceptible to the change in genetics, [a mutation.]  I think injection pretty much implies needle so I don't know if you need to clarify that.  There are some awkward word phrasings in the plot, just small things but it makes the plot a little more difficult to read.  I also think using the word "psychotic" to describe the doctors is a little strong.  The doctors think they are doing good, right?  So psychotic isn't the word i would use for it, maybe something a little less sinister.  You also repeat the part about why the subjects think they're there, I'm not sure that that's necessary.   Lastly, the question you need to answer is why?  Why is creating this mutation necessary to these doctors?  Answering that will really add some more to your plot and give the doctors more of a motivating factor.

Can it Be Roleplayed?:  I think so, definitely.  

Interest/Appeal:  I think it's very interesting, it's kind of like someone forcing the x-men to exist or something.  I like that there are multiple kinds of subjects from those who want to use their powers for good versus evil but I think you need to flesh out the role of the doctors, nurses and interns a little as well.  Address why they want to continue the project and it will really help develop the plot.

Character Bios  

Content:  Your bios need a little more transition.  I'm reading Claire's and it jumps from her loving the foster home to talking about her parents, not even talking about why she loves the foster home.  I would start with the part about her parents and then segue into the foster home, why she loves it and how she was taken away.  I definitely recommend fleshing the bios out a little more, they're a good start but I always recommend adding some more history.  It helps people connect with a character and helps explain a character's motivations.  

Does the bio work well with the face?:  I usually don't say this but please tell me Natalie Portman isn't supposed to be 46?  She's only 31 and she doesn't even look that old.  Also, if you only have 19 subjects how is Olivia Wilde subject 20?  Am I missing something with that?  

Interest/Appeal:  They are interesting but I really wish there was a little more to them.  I think adding some more about the histories of the characters can be extremely effective.  Additionally, adding more about their personality is always nice.  What makes them happy?  What don't they talk about?  Just little things like that can make a huge difference. 

Overall  

Long-term Potential:  I think it's pretty good but I definitely recommend adding more detail.  It can definitely go far, I would plan ahead some plot twists about maybe what would happen when the subjects start to clue in, as well was maybe even some other random twists about the doctors to try to incorporate them a bit more.  

Would I Recommend?:  Possibly, it depends on the situation.
