Help me rebuild my life

For the last seven years I have suffered from borderline personality disorder depression and anxiety over the last two years i stopped going out hated meeting people and eventually got to the point I stopped washing brushing my hair or even looking in a mirror my teeth suffered from lack of brushing and I now suffer from a vitamin do difficancy from my agrophobic behaviour which causes me muscle and joint pain. In the end it all came to a head and I was admitted to a private mental health hospital due to lack of NHS beds qnd for a month I got the care and medication I needed I met a parent and was discharged to a new area although I am still unable to go out for long periods on my own I have improved and and doing short courses at my local library one on a Tuesday in natural beauty and the other in begginers Indian head massage they are only two hour sessions and my partner has to wait in the library for me in case I have a funny turn but these courses have given me a deep in intrest in natural beauty home made products and alternative therapies and it has become my dream to start a YouTube channel demonstrating recipe 's and trial and reviewing natural therapy qnd products but I am on a low income and lack the resources that's why I am posting this
