Hi, hi! Cê acha que o tumblr é um bom lugar pra postar uma novel? Nunca usei aqui mas gostei muito de como funciona e tava pensando em postar minha história por aqui também.

olha, vou ser sincero: eu não tive um bom alcance com material original por aqui, ao menos não antes de construir comunidade. as tags do tumblr funcionam muito bem e isso é bom para alcançar mais pessoas com >fanart<, mas bem mais difícil aumentar fanbase de um material original.

o bluesky mesmo tem se mostrado melhor para novos artistas crescerem.

mas importante ressaltar que eu tentei usar o tumblr há MUITO tempo, eu nem sei como é a comunidade daqui hoje. talvez seja um bom lugar para reunir sua história, mas eu pessoalmente aconselharia outra rede para a divulgação principal

i am here to announce that the volume 1 of my comic “pillow talks” is scheduled to be released on february 17th, and to show you the cover as well!

“book 1: hanahaki” will update once every two weeks, on thursdays, on my twitter, and on the following tuesdays on webtoons and tapas.

synopsis:  Nico and Dazai have been seeing each other for a while. There’s an allure in their nights together, in the intimacy that lies in their “pillow talks” moreso than in what precedes it, in the impending disaster when Nico’s temper meets Dazai’s provocations; but there is also some evasiveness in Dazai’s behavior — an unnecessary secrecy that feels a bit too much for Nico’s taste. Once he witnesses flowers coming out of Dazai’s lungs, Nico realizes Dazai, much like he himself, suffers from hyperanthropia — an illness that befalls those who are “more human than everyone else”, shaping their most critical flaws into beautiful, yet rather unnatural symptoms. Aware that hyperanthropia is tied to a single, major flaw that earns them the very title of “too human”, Nico starts to wonder what causes the flowers to bloom within Dazai’s lungs. What do Dazai’s flowers mean?

Hi! I started reading your comic, Pillow Talks, recently, and I would like to ask how you come with theme of Hyperanthropia? Is this your own idea or you found it somewhere else? Sorry to bother you and that my English isn't really good, but nevertheless, I wish you all the best and am counting on your reply (:3)

hi!! first of all, i’m so glad you found my comic and had the interest to read it. i hope you’re enjoying it! and second of all, you’re definitely not bothering. i love to reply to questions about my comic, my ocs and such.

as for your question, the illness hyperanthropia is my own idea! i had this idea after being told i’m “too human”. its very name is a neologism – a made up word i created with the help of my greek girlfriend (many illnesses tend to use greek words for their names. in the case of hyperanthropia, we used “hyper” and “anthropos”, so the illness’ name literally means “too much humanness”.)

the comic has three characters who deal with the illness. one coughs up flowers, one cries diamonds and one burns from inside until his skin turns into molten gold. the symptoms were also my idea, created after a loooooong study on symbolisms so i could link their symptoms to the specific flaw that makes them “more human than everyone else”.

i watched the entire jujutsu kaisen: 0 movie while reading a book so suguro geto would notice me and realize that i’m not like the other girls
