DESTINATION: Tengu no Tenshi, The Beginning

WEATHER: You and Kojou Sara were having fun amongst the skies, yet something has been waiting for you

TO BE AWARE OF DURING FLIGHT: Pushing off cliffs, village masacre

PILOT'S ANNOUCNMENT: i took a minute to understand sara's lore at best, sorry if its SO out of lore and maybe ooc???

ENJOY THE FLIGHT

“Try and catch me, Takako!” You exclaimed as you flew into the forest, your brightening milky wings touched the leaves every now and then. Takako was behind you, her amber eyes filled with mischief as she flew after you, doing a twirl before reaching the top of the trees, watching as you flew down the forest, your white wings unmistakable. She then flew full speed into you, crashing both into the ground in the process. “Ow, ow ow, That stings a lot!” you exclaimed as you pushed a grinning Takako off you.

 “Haha! I win (Y/N)! Give up!” The blue haired tengu said before taking a handful of your wings to her hands. You hissed at the touch, giving her a dirty glare.”Hm, seems messed up, eh, it's not that bad, stop whining you baby.” 

“Can we at least pleeease go to mom, it really hurts,” Takako gave it a thought before finally nodding. She stood up, grabbing your arms as the two of you started to walk back home, both of your tails getting in the mud in the process. Your large wings were dropped down on the ground as for hers, both pairs were flooded up nicely, blending with her tail.

As the two of you were dawning closer, you slowly started to hee screams, both of you turned into each other's heads and decided to hide behind a tree. Your neatly hidden village up on the mountains were being attacked by weird looking people who had a fluffy coat around them and a bird-like mask. The two of you didn’t know this at the time, but your village was being attacked by the Abyss. 

One of them unluckily appeared behind you, Takako dropping your arm before grabbing her bow and arrow. The fight was but an unclean win, the Abyss mage greatly numbering over you sister. You wanted to help so badly yet you knew nothing of the martial arts, adding the fact that your wings were hurt. One sentence only needed to change your life, and those words came exactly from the soon-to-be adopted daughter of the Kojou Clan.

 “(Y/N) Run and don’t look back!” She said as she fell on you, your widened eyes filled with guilt as your village was massacred, tears were brimming on the side. “B-but...I-” Before you were able to finish your sentence, the Abyss mage grabbed Takako by the neck, throwing her off the cliff. You covered your mouth as you turned your back from the scene, using as much strength as you can to fly away as fast as you can. 

The way you flew was unstable as one of your wings were slowly loosing up, your energy lowering down. You saw a ship among the borders of your island, slowly landing in one of the docks, your wings drooping down as your view became foggy, your eyes filling with tears as you hurled yourself up hidden in the boxes that were among the ship, folding your wings to cover yourself.

That night, you cried yourself to sleep.
