So, I don't know if anyone will see this but today I came out with one theory about Mikey in tmnt 2012.

We all know this joke about New Jersey in S3ep2.

Donnie: I don't know! I've never been in A wild before, have you?

Mikey: Does Jersey count?

For me, it was funny, and I'm, you know, a fan of Jersey jokes from the South park times.

But after the 25th episode of Season 3, where Mikey was captured by triceratons, when he told them he knows all secret bases in Dimension X, i had the idea.

That dialoge:

Mikey: Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. Hold up! I know stuff!

Mozar: You know nothing!

Mikey: I know all secret bases where the Kraang hide in Dimension X!

What if our orange boy has been in New Jersey for real?

Like, we've all seen these Portals in Manhattan Project episode. We know that time in the Dimension X flows faster than in the surface, so why couldn't he just explore all the Kraang bases and find a portal to these Portals? That little boy stayed there for months, and of course he was trying to find a way back home. And of course he may have tried most of the portals to find a right one.

And he just saw a normal city and like: "My real world!" and then he jumps here and discovers that he has been here for months and it's not his imagination or something.

That's why Mikey was so confident then he said: I've been here for months! And then quickly changed it for hours after his brothers reaction.

Image the pain that turtle boy felt when he thought that his brothers were (or maybe not, depends on your choice) searching for him for months! (maybe a year?) Poor little guy.

And image all the worlds Mikey saw while searching for his, oh, and his reaction to normal food, omg.

Damn boy, i smell the angst potentional.
