I’ve talked about house a lot but do you understand how crazy it was to see the depiction of a chronic pain patient who used self harm to cope was crazy because it’s something I try to bring light to all the time and no one ever gets it so seeing this in house was like a “he’s just like me moment”. It’s obviously not the best portrayal of the struggle and isn’t like handled just wow to see because I’ve literally never heard it brought up outside of a doctors office

Some might disagree but Greg house is to me the most realistic representation on what it’s like to try coping with chronic pain. Like everyone’s like why is he like that but when you have dealt with chronic pain everyday for years, also were mentally ill, you realize he had the most average reaction.

In all seriousness though yes he’s done bad stuff and treatment is important but it’s lit to see someone like me, not a “disability warrior” and is a wreck.
