Fun news!! I had the opportunity to work on Magic: The Gathering's Lord of the Rings set.

This was my first time working with MtG, and I'm delighted with how my cards turned out. Here's Erestor of the Council :)

sorta funny how many cis people seem to think being an ally just means like. not actively commiting hate crimes. I wish they could invent a medical device that temporarily transfers your symptoms and pain to the doctor treating you and it worked like a shock collar. “I think light exercise would-.” and then bam they’re rolling around the floor clutching their stomach in agony and dry heaving.

huge fan of when the good guys are themed on dark colors and spiky scrappy punk aesthetics and the bad guys are themed on light colors and angelic imagery and order. always such a banger.

Picture everyone finding out about Erasermic and freaking out, which surprises Aizawa because to him the tiny smiles and barely there compliments he gives Mic at school might as well be lifting him up bridal style and kissing him for as obvious as Aizawa thinks his affection is. So he says he thought they knew with a shrug because he just doesn’t get why everyone thinks it’s so weird that he’s in love when he acts like a fool every time his husband is around and even if they had no powers of observation he assumed someone would have mentioned it in conversation by then. Finally, Iida says something about how no one could have ever guessed and Aizawa just gives him this flat disbelieving look and says, “Iida, you were at the wedding.”

And then Iida remembers that weird boring party he had to go to when he was six that he fell asleep at halfway through.

erasermic is so versatile. depending on how you interpret their relationship, erasermic can be fluffy, it can overcome all hurdles, it can be a new thing thats just bloomed, high school sweethearts, tripping over themselves pining, married with kids. it can also be two estranged friends finding each other again, it can be a codependent relationship born from tragedy, it can be seemingly unrequited, it can be something they both want but know they can never bridge, it can be bitter, it can be haunted, it can tear itself apart, and it can be filled with a loathing for the fact that they care for the others difficult ass. and most importantly they can be besties. and i think thats beautiful.
