EXACTLY! Just as Social is not Facebook and Twitter, Facebook and Twitter are Social. Digital is not Mobile and .Com. .Com is Digital, Mobile is Digital. Not the other way around.
To those that do not understand, it seems like double talk, but to me, the distinction in exactly the point and nothing is more important.
“We’re going digital!” Woo Hoo! But wait a minute….what does that mean? For many companies it has meant websites. ”We have a great website that our customers can use.” They take comfort in “Knowing” they are leaders, part of the modern world…”look at us!”
