This last while has been especially hard on me. It hurt so much not being with my family. To not be able to mourn with them and help bear each other up. I’ve felt extra lonely. I’m eternally grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who gave us His Son, so we would never really be alone. I testify our Savior, Jesus Christ, knows what we are going though and knows perfectly how we feel. He can bear us up like none other, if we just turn to Him. I’m grateful for all the family and friends who have been able to be in San Angelo and Ft Worth for the children, for the funeral and for the fundraising dinner. Earlier this week Robyn posted a recipe Karisa would have shared, so today I made it and thought of them. Oh how I love my family! It made me so happy to see these three together again. They still have a long road ahead, but the progress they are making is wonderful!
