Tragedy strikes!!!! Cannon Ito-Evans passes away in his bed shortly after Christmas. Evangeline awoke to find Grim collecting his soul and she was frozen in absolute shock.

Eva tries to hold it together but one day when her children are out with their friends, she breaks down and can no longer hold in her emotions. With the coming days many people text their condolences and their sympathies.

her sister Anette hears the news and immediately comes over to offer her sister comfort.

A funeral must be planned but Eva is too numb to do it. She enlists the help of her sister, cousin and friends. They plan to have in 3 days time at Highgate Cemetary, where her parents are buried.

The day comes. Nove and Khala give beautiful sad eulogies on their fathers life and everyone who ever mattered to him is in attendance.

Members in attendance share their thoughts with Eva and Khala and Nove share their grief with one another.

Now they must move on with their lives. It is a sad day for all.

WHEWWW IT'S BEEN A HOT MINUTE

I really had a great time converting Willow Creek in my save into a London suburb but I realised something was missing: ya local bossman at the corner shop!

You may have noticed there is a espresso machine and grinder there. This is because you cannot have a retail and a residential lot at the same time. So i used the amazing Multi Purpose Lots by @down-in-simsland to set the newsagent area as a cafe so at least sims will be coming and going and you can roleplay there's a costa machine in there or something.

MAGNOLIA STRIP MALL - A 40x30 LOT

It's time for another community lot! on Friday i just really REALLY had the burning desire to build a strip mall. This venue has 7 individual shops, from a Starbucks to a nail salon.

The shops are: Hector Finch, a small bookstore business with lots of rare and unusual finds Starbucks - For the pumpkin spice latte addicted Sims! SavOn Pharmacy - If it itches, oozes, burns or stings, this pharmacy has everything a Sim needs to feel well again! Futura - a neon bar and the newest store on the strip. Mochi - Very popular with high schoolers, Mochi has plenty of space to relax, socialise and eat delicious sweets! H&M - A little pricier than they used to be but H&M is still clothing Sims who live near the strip 7 days a week BEKKED - Cannabis is fully legal in this world! Fancy a high with low prices? BEKKED has you covered! Also takes medicinal cards. Flawed - What use are all these shops if your Sim looks like a mess walking round them?! Flawed is the long standing nail bar and spa. The stylists are in demand and appointments are snapped up fast so be quick on the dial to secure your pampering paradise sesh!
