Hey ! I'm sorry to bother you, actually I love your replacement mod but I would really like to edit some things, some I managed to edit on my own (I think) but I cannot find how to edit the sum necessary to trigger the rich and poor turn ons/off. I would like to lower the requirements (my wealthiest sims have barely $30000, so $100000 is way too high for me xD). Could you just tell me what to edit ? Thank you :).

The rich/poor code is quite complex, and originally comes from Simler90, so I can't say I understand it completely myself!

The nodes to edit are:

Rich - 0xF1 (change value of Literal to 3, I think)

Poor - 0xEF (change value of Literal, if you wish)

Just bear in the mind that the values of the Literals are multiples of 10,000, so you can't go below 1 (meaning that your lower threshold can't be less than 10,000).

Hope that helps! (You made me switch on my Sims 2 laptop for the first time in 3 months, to discover that the battery was dead, and as far as it was concerned, that it was still December last year! 😆)

Hi! Could you possibly tell whether your TO replacement mod is compatible with the Legacy Collection? I've tested it (with no other mods, except ACR, 3t2 traits, Smarter EP Check, Easy Inventory Check and Sim Manipulator), the icons have changed, but the chemistry level hasn't. Not sure if it's just for me or not. I've tried both the original and the updated versions.

Hi! I'm afraid I really can't answer this, as I don't have the Legacy Collection, so can't test whether it's compatible or not. Unless this version of the game handles BHAVs or mods very differently, then I think it should be? Do other TO replacements work for you? If anyone else reading this has the Legacy Collection, and can comment on whether my TO replacement works for them or not, then that could be very valuable. Likewise, any modders who have any insight into mod compatibility. Cheers!

Hi! I really like your TO replacement mod. The one I use at the moment also contains eye colour TOs and I was wondering whether it's possible to edit your mod to keep those. I was thinking about replacing poor, fatness and alien with green, blue and brown eyes and maybe add the alien check to supernatural. Could you tell me how I can do that? Or do you maybe know a tutorial I can look at?

The Tilney Family Album: Volume XXIII

It's high summer in Sanditon, and the weekend is here.

While her mum is out at work, energetic Dinah decides to help out in the garden.

Hmm, I think she overdid the sun exposure a bit!

With dad also working today, big sister Dora is on hand, to take charge of the little ones.

But it's also hobby day for the two oldest Tilney kids! (I'm trying to get into the habit of putting objects related to Sim kids' interests in their rooms. The Tilneys don't have a lot of spare cash for décor though.)

Home from work, Georgiana decides it's harvest time! There's certainly a plentiful crop from the orange tree, but the quality could be better - better luck next year, maybe?

The littlest Tilney - Fabian - is also ageing up today, and grandma Charlotte drops in to congratulate the birthday boy.

There he goes! And looking a lot like his uncle Bennet at the same age.

The Bertram Family Album: Volume XXI

This is the last we'll see of this particular bunch of Bertrams for a little while.

Swift on the heels of multiple family birthdays, is the safe arrival of another daughter for Julia and Crawford. They name her Deborah.

Unfortunately, Julius has to miss his first day at high school - and a chance to show off his trendy new haircut - thanks to a bout of pneumonia! (I recently installed the 'realistic sickness' mod from MATY, and had a fright from how rapidly my Sims became seriously ill, and how much care they now need in order not to keel over!)

A bit of TLC from mum is what's needed.

And he's soon feeling well enough to challenge her to a pillow fight...

...and preside over his baby sister's birthday.

The Bertram Family Album: Volume XX

Having a very strange time at the moment, and haven't had the time or energy for my Sims, but I'm trying to get back on track. Back to the Bertrams again today, where kids are sprouting up all over.

It's a quiet Sunday morning at home, and Julius makes the most of his last day for bouncing on the bed, before his birthday later!

A leisurely family breakfast...of spaghetti, for Eccentric Francesca.

And a family game of kicky bag, to round off the morning.

Well, that will be why Julia's cereal was making her feel a bit queasy earlier on!

Extended family drop in, to celebrate with the two birthday boys. Julia clearly didn't feel like dressing for the occasion. (And is having prenatal doughnut cravings, it seems.)

At least she put on some clothes to go outside, and explain the facts of life to her slightly perplexed nephew Marcus.

Crawford prefers to spy on his neighbours in his bath towel. Eccentric, or misunderstood genius? I'll let you decide.

The Tilney Family Album: Volume XXII

We're back with the Tilneys today...

...where Felix is still being an exemplary big brother to Dinah.

It's Friday night, so Dora invites her good friend Estella over to hang out.

And Felix extends an invitation to his best friend Francesca...

...for a little well-received flirting.

Uncle Lucas drops in too.

Aww, Shy dancing.

Little Dinah isn't entirely sure what's going on, but she's happy for her big brother, that Francesca seems to like him a lot - after all, she thinks he's the best, so why shouldn't everyone else?

A crush is born!

Swiftly followed by a first kiss for both of them! Felix doesn't seem quite so Shy, when it comes to Francesca.

They've only just shared their first kiss, Estella, so maybe it's a little premature to be thinking of engagement just yet?

It seems it was a kiss to remember though!

The Bertram Family Album: Volume XVIII

They may be a family of solid introverts, but the Sanditon Bertrams have been entertaining a stream of visitors lately.

Julia's youngest brother William drops by.

Cousin Janet comes home from school with Julius, but ends up spending time with the littlest Bertram, Timothy, and his Wobbly Wabbit.

And old friend Georgiana calls in too.

It's all a bit much for Crawford, when he comes home from work with a stinking cold, so he escapes into a soothing bubble bath.

And Francesca retreats to the garden, to lose herself in the night sky.

The next morning, Crawford is feeling a bit brighter.

The boys are - uncharacteristically - playing contentedly together.

While poor Julia is being insulted in her own home by a random stranger who invited himself in!

In complete contrast to his Shy and Serious (and frequently Grouchy) family, little Timothy is a ray of sunshine, and brightens everyone's lives.

We're going to drop in with the Tilneys of Sanditon today, where there have been a lot of birthdays recently.

For a Shy Loner, Felix has a surprising number of friends. And just like all his family, he loves to dance - his chum Octavius is more than happy to join in too.

He's happy to strut his stuff at home, and amongst friends, but he draws the line at making an exhibition of himself on-stage.

The first birthday of the week is little sister Dinah's. I think she's completely adorable.

It's straight outside with a skipping rope for this Active little girl.

Even as a mum of four - with one of them only a toddler - Georgiana still manages to carve out some time for herself, getting stuck into her garden, which has been rather neglected over the winter.

It's not long before we have a second teen in the family, with Dora taking a break from her lunchtime sandwich to age up.
