“Got bored,” he shrugs. Ruth huffs. They were barely through the first act, and Max couldn’t even pay attention. Honestly, why did she even bother inviting him to this? Who knew that a grown man didn’t know how to sit still for more than twenty minutes  “starting wandering, ya know they don’t lock this thing?”

"Because no one expects…” She trails off as Ms Mulberry hisses in her ear to go to the blue out, and she rushes over to the switchboard to switch to the next cue. Shit, she’s a page and a half behind.
