listen to me i KNOW this campaign has been over for years now but there is SOMETHING in that damn widofjord sauce that drives me up a fucking wall lads. there's something about "let's make this work." "we'll make it work." there is something about "we understand each other" and "i'm trusting you to do what needs to be done" and "can i count on you to return the favor?" "always." there's something about clocking each other as liars for the sake of self preservation. there's something about "we're either a team or you're working for yourselves. decide." with a blade against the throat turning into "i know you make hard decisions but i trust your judgement and i will follow you without hesitation." THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE WIDOFJORD SAUCE.

sometimes i just like to remember that at the beginning of c2, fjord was like:

“oh god. caleb is the only other Man™ in the group. i need to establish my dominance over him in order to maintain control.”

while caleb was just twirling his hair and kicking his feet like:

“wow he’s so hot…”
