-at some point between s4 and s14 the existence of the doctor's kids changed a la gravity. fifteen doesn't see the point in making a big deal of it as their life has not and will not make ever make sense and he's having fun repressing that shit

-susan's adopted and the doctor refused to let anyone on gallifrey have a reason to say she wasn't really of his house so they just made up a fake kid to anyone who asks
