This may sound cynical but we have to learn to disassociate people from the things we do with them. It’s really easy to confuse loving someone and loving the lifestyle we have with them. It’s also really easy to think we miss someone when really we just miss the things we used to do with them. It seems special and unique to that person when we make memories and traditions and we’ve all been down the road where we find ourselves thinking I don’t know how I can live without our midnight cvs runs for hot tamales in our pajamas and all our stupid traditions and how will I find someone who will watch 6 straight hours of The Office with me while I cry or crash my brothers frat parties with me or talk to me all night on the phone to keep me awake when I’m driving. But in reality, we could do those same things with someone else and be happier.

This is how Everyone feels or think about the Mercury Retrograde! But if we're really honestly with ourselves it's Not Bad at all! It's only Making us aware of our own thoughts that we continuously tell ourselves consciously and subconsciously. It's the universe way of saying "Hey This the Shit You tell Us All The Time" The Universe is not out to get us. It's only making us aware of what we're thinking & putting out to it. I myself had a meltdown not to long ago. And I had to check Myself. So now going forward I will be more conscious of my thoughts, feelings & actions. Thanks Universe for my own Reality Check! "Always Be True to Yourself"

Over the last few weeks, I have really noticed that I was not being True to Myself. I would have this tug-a war in my head with thoughts that I wanted to Blog about, but would always Let Self-doubt talk me out of sharing with you all my thoughts, feelings, ideas, etc. Today I'm super Proud of myself for step out of my own Mental Prison. I had an conversation with my Granny in a public restaurant and openly talked about family issues and personal issues with myself and didn't care that others could hear what I was saying. I will share in another post with what these issues were. I'm just proud of the little baby steps that I'm taking on this new Journey.
