Tut on how to color texts please?

　　how to make colored text tut

　⋯　to make the colored text i use a website called text color fader.

first you open the website and copy and paste your text you want to be colored in the box where it says "Your Message:"

　⋯　then you can change the number of colors you want to use in your text. usually I just use 2 or 3 but you can use as many or as little as you’d like.

after that change the colors to the colors you want in your text, then click “Generate Color Fader Text”

　⋯　it’ll bring you to a page showing a preview of what your colored text looks like. if you want to adjust the colors or text, click “Create New Fade” and you can edit it.

you can also change the background color behind your text to see what the fade looks like on a darker or brighter background.

if you’re satisfied with what it looks like, click “Select All” and copy the color code that’s highlighted in the box.

　⋯　after that go to your draft in tumblr where you want to use the colored text.

edit the draft and click the settings logo in the top right corner and scroll to where it says “Text Editor” and select “HTML”

　⋯　then paste the colored code you just copied into your draft and click “Preview” at the top to see your colored text.

　⋯　sometimes depending on what symbols you used in your text, it doesn’t show up in the result.

when that happens I just paste the symbol in between the two error boxes where my symbol was supposed to be and delete the error boxes.

　⋯　after that, reorder your photos in your draft again and delete any old text you might have in there.

save your draft and you have your finished result with the colored text!

hopefully this was helpful to anyone that needed it! please note that I did the colored text on laptop.

tumblr doesn’t allow me to do colored text on mobile so I do it on pc. not sure if it’s like that for everyone else too, but the tut is still the same even if you do colored text on mobile.
