â€â€ Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
- Philippians 4:6-7
Anxiety, makes your heart heavy and paralyses you from doing even the mundane tasks. How do you get rid of anxiety? The Bible says, "Don't worry, instead pray about everything." Does God want to hear everything that's going on in your life? Absolutely! People may get tired of hearing us out. Not so with Jesus. He never gets tired of hearing what's in your mind. You see, when Hannah was barren, she was in despair, nobody understood her pain, not even her husband. They only provoked her and pushed her into deep distress. What did she do? She ran to the presence of the Lord and poured out her heart to Him. The result - she came with an assurance that God would bless her with a child. Her face was no longer sad. When you tell all your concerns to God, He will take your burden away, give you His peace, and work things out for you.

God showed His love toward us in a tangible way. Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” And John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.”No matter what you’re going through, nothing will ever separate you from God’s love. Nothing will ever stop God from loving you. Romans 8:38–39 tells us, “Neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” God loves you.
