Blue Copper Technology Wins ASSOCHAM Best Customer Service Solution Provider Award for Optimore

Optimore had a strange journey. Optimore hopes you have already started knowing about it after 5th September. This is one of the most promising days for Blue Copper Technology, who bagged the ASSOCHAM โBest Customer Service Solution Provider Awardโ for the year 2018.
The product has been developed for some particular client who wanted a customized product to make their organizational fall in a line. However, we thought that if the SMEs who work with faces such problems then out there in the market there will be many MSMEs or SMEs who are facing the same issue.
We brainstormed a little hard to develop a task management software, that will not just streamline your workflow but will make the business process a mere trifle task to handle. Task management software can be many in the market, but we have built Optimore with two things in mind - cost and ease-of-use.

Guess what, we were successful and had implemented things in a much better manner. And it was one of our clients who nominated us for the Best Customer Service Provider Award in ASSOCHAM and we did it.
Yes, we have bagged this award for our best task management software, Optimore. We have bagged some of the prestigious clients in the USA and UK market and have been getting good feedback from them. However, this award just became the token of appreciation for the hard work we have done and the best kind of recognition ever.
Thanks to the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India for considering us eligible and allowing us to contest for ย Best Customer Service Provider Award 2018.
We have won many awards for our contribution to the industry, but this is the first time it is not the company by face, it's our brainchild which got this beautiful recognition.
Kudos to Our Entire Team on Winning The Award
Held on September 05, 2018, at The Lalit Great Eastern Hotel, Kolkata, Blue Copper Technology attended the Cybercon Summit organized by ASSOCHAM. Here they honored us with their Best Customer Service Solution Provider Award. Along with our Co-Founders, our developers and we took part in the event to receive the award.
Arunabha Ghosh and Abhishek Ghosh, Blue Copperโs CEO and CTO received the award from Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak (Minister of IT Bangladesh) along with Mr. Bratya Basu (Ministry of West Bengal). There were big technology giants and our product was one of the newest and not-so heard in the Indian market. We are pro in working with Asana, Trello, or other Task Management tools, but Optimore is yet to enter that global market. We are slowly going to enter the global space and we bet that day will be soon near.
What Happened at the D-Day
ASSOCHAM India along with the Department of IT and Electronic Services, West Bengal had successfully arranged this big event at Kolkata. This was a prestigious award and a proof to our clients and employees, about the kind of customer service we provide to them since the inception of Optimore.
The inaugural session took place in the presence of Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak (Minister of IT Bangladesh), and Mr. Bratya Basu (Ministry of West Bengal) from Kolkata. There were a series of speakers who discussed and focussed mainly on IT Security in the Banking System.

The launch of Optimore took place in 2017 and since then we are serving some of our global clients and have been upgrading the product internally. We were piloting the product until some of our clients installed it permanently in their organization.
