When your best friend’s parents become your close friends too, it is heart-breaking to lose any of them. Herman Solomon was the kind of human being that lit up a room when he walked in. He always had a new joke to tell, somehow never repeating the ones he had told you previously...when you got into his heart, he looked out for you and he cared about you. He was an amazing father and grand father. He was a friend you were lucky to have. He listened when you spoke to him, he genuinely gave the love you gave to him. I had many amazing experiences with Herman and Rita. I am so blessed to have had him in my life and will always remember him for the beautiful person he was. My love, condolences and prayers go out to all of the Solomon family. May he Rest In Peace with his son Greg.
