So it’s pretty simple, Whichever series was out when you were 10 years old is where your from.

In 2007 I had turned 10 so the game series that was out was diamond and pearl, which means that the region I started my journey in is Sinnoh!

The Cave of Socrates
Part 1 Maybe this time
There is nothing here and I’m starting to get bored of it. All I see every day is desert wasteland and my only jug of water is starting to run low. Up ahead are some rocks that hopefully will be comfortable enough for me to die on. I sit in the dirt and rest my back against a boulder. To my side a smaller rock that seems to have a crude face shape to it… or maybe I’m just lonely.
“Do you know what’s going to happen?”
No response from the rock
“Yeah, didn’t think so. Well rock as long as you’re here and unable to escape do you want to hear my whole deal?”
No reply.
“I assume your silence means go on. Well to put it simply I am a character in a story. Or really stories. You see whoever created me isn’t very decisive so I often change and go into different worlds. One day I can be alien on earth in the 1990s and the other I can be a human on some made up planet during whatever their colonial times was.”
The rock seems to be disinterested.
“I know seems like a lot of exposition, doesn’t it? But maybe this is the thing that’s finally going to happen in this story. I find you, an inanimate object, as my buddy and we go on some soul seeking journey together. Yeah! And this is like the introduction to the whole premise of it. Y’know I usually don’t tell others about the fact that I know I’m a character in a story. I usually just keep it a secret and behave the way whatever character I’m written to be.”
The sun begins to descend on the horizon. The only good thing about all of this vast nothingness is that the sunset seems to take up the entire sky. The blues, oranges, pinks, reds, and yellows all blend and move above me to succumb to a sparkly black veil at the end of the sky’s show.
“I hope this story is the one, Face-Rock. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I actually hope to wake up tomorrow here”

New Direction
I’ve decided I’m actually going to make content for this blog. That content will be in the form of short stories and maybe other types of writing. I’ll have a series of connecting short stories or maybe micro stories and others will just be standalone short stories which I may or may not turn into series depending on how popular they are or whether I feel artistically about them. This is a very new thing to me and I’m not exactly quite sure how it’s done especially how it is done but I will hopefully learn along the way and would greatly appreciate any help. Hopefully people will think my little stories are good in the first place.
