I was thinking right about an image with Samael: imagine that the reader is singing in the room where Samael keeps them and he hears them at a certain point. In the end, they talk about the songs that the reader remembers, commenting and interpreting. What do you think?
Samael is enraptured by the singing. It might not even be very good, but it’s a sound that briefly lifts the oppressive heat of silence and fills his halls with a life they were never built to know.
He pads as softly as he can down the corridor to your prison room and lingers, still and silent as a statue at the threshold just out of sight, content to listen to you move your voice in melodious swells and dips. Each song, he realises quickly, tells some kind of story.
The demon Prince has a certain affection for stories.
When you realise he’s listening in, you clamp your mouth shut and refuse to sing again, terrified that you’ve somehow affronted him.
He can’t have that.
For as threatening as he can be, Samael is no stranger to using charm to get what he wants. He cajoles you, coaxes you with flattery and gentle assurances that he’s been enjoying the break in monotony, the cheer you’ve poured into the dull, old stone of his keep.
It takes several days before you realise he’s going to persist with this, so you crack, reluctantly turning to songs again, only this time, you have an avid listener who drapes himself in his throne and perches you on his lap, his great, horned head dipping lazily as you sing your subdued songs for him, wondering what’s taking the Horsemen so long.

"why- Did- why would you do this?"
War almost couldn't look you in the eye. His own pride wouldn't let him break your gaze. The planet had been doomed from the start. He has explained the prophecy, the reason for the holy war, his and his siblings involvement.
"do you even know how much will be erased? The people, the cultures, their lives, everything will be gone if you go through with this."
He broke the staring contest.
"MY people will all be gone. "
"You would not have to be one of them." He met your gaze again, expectant.
He was disappointed.
Disgust flashed across your face like a thunderstorm. Had he been a few centuries younger, he may have considered the look of a declaration to duel. But you were a small creature. Not so delicate that you couldn't hold your own, however he knows you wouldn't last in battle against him.
"I would rather die with my people than be kept like some pet by you."
---------------
I will not expand on this concept but here it is. I'm drunk and tired.

Artists.
You do not need your Twitter.
Twitter is not the boost you think it is anymore.
I have seen at least 6 people I follow on BlueSky saying they have looked into their numbers and compared to Twitter? BSky gives them over double the exposure and follow through for outside links (probably because Twitter kills your tweet if you have links).
Twitter is testing a feature to allow other users to click a button attached to your posts to put your art into their Grok ai and make ai art with it without your permission automatically.
It is marking non-ai art as being made with Grok (probably to promote it).
You do not need Twitter.
Twitter needs you.
Starve the fuckin thing.

My contribution to Darksiders 3 after so long of not touching this piece, I finally have it done. I plan on doing her other hollow forms... Just not sure when and they might not be in the same style as this (so much work aaa) I hope I did the angry queen justice! --
If you want to support the art that I work really hard on, maybe consider donating, or becoming a monthly supporter on my Ko-Fi? It would mean the world to me

"It feels like the world is ending all over again."
"Did the world ever truly begin?"
"I mean, it must've, if I'm here with you."
"Then maybe this is not the end."
"I'm scared. The storm is just on the horizon. I can feel it. I'm afraid we won't make it out this time."
"You are not alone. Even if it is the end we will still have each other."
"Why did it come to this?"
"It started before you were born."
"I-- I should have done something before the storm got so close."
"You were barely a thought, when the clouds started brewing."
"Did anyone think of us?"
"... They did not think hard enough."
"What can I do? To fix... Any of this?!"
"You do what you can. Anything. Anything as long as you do not give up. Hopelessness will darken your doorstep, but only you have the power to let it swallow you whole. Despair is the same as apathy if it achieves the same result."
"It feels so heavy. I feel if I can't do everything, I can do nothing."
"Do not stagnate. If all you can do is spare another breath, you are fighting."
"It doesn't feel like I'm putting up much of a fight."
"The forces against us are vast and intricate, ruthless beyond measure, cruel, and calculated... but we will have each other."
"...we will have each other."

I would genuinely rather delete my fics from the Internet before I let my brain babies get turned into
GENERATIVE AI SLOP
Hi,
It’s your friendly neighbor fanfic author here. In the light of this apparent new trend of people feeding unfinished fics to AI to get an “ending,” and some people even talking about “blanket permissions,” let me just say this:
I EXPLICITLY FORBID ANYONE TO FEED MY FICS TO AI. DUDE, THAT IS ABOUT THE LEAST RESPECTFUL THING YOU CAN DO. IF YOU DO IT, SHALL YOU BE EXCOMMUNICATED FROM YOUR FANDOM AND WALK ON LEGOS BAREFOOT TILL THE END OF DAYS.
That is my anti-permission.
Thank you for your attention.

Darksiders fic idea summary:
When Strife teases War about having a ‘soft spot,’ the younger Horseman takes immediate offence. After all, nothing about War is soft. Every inch of his titanic body is rippling with solid, well-honed muscles. Demons have broken their knuckles on his jawline. His epidermis is inches thick in some places. He is both the immovable object and the unstoppable force.
It isn’t until you almost get hurt during a routine patrol of Haven that War is reminded how not every weakness can be found on the outside.

Ppl: “Glaze and nightshade all your art!!”
Also ppl: * does not mention that you need to have a fucking NVIDIA GPU and running nightshade on one image takes at best 20 minutes*
Like the online version of glaze/nightshade requires an account. And last time i checked they arent accepting new accounts because of the high pressure.
Like i make my art on my ipad. My MacBook is from 2014. If i tried to download and run nightshade on my decade old macbook and go throufg 10+ years of artworks i might as well just set it on fire.
