Gum Gum:

- As mentioned in on my most recent post, Gum Gum has 4c hair and Bart braids it for him

- He doesn't actually like candy because it keeps getting stuck in his molars and it's hard to get it out with his tusks on the way

- He has trouble eating because of said tusks but he manages

- He lets Bart draw on his skin with ink

- He thinks being Afraid is a Bad Thing because kids mocked him for it at the Orchidnage

- He cries trying to do simple math, not because it's frustrating but because he knows it really shouldn't be This hard (I'm projecting so hard right now)

- Nobody admits it but he has the highest alcohol tolerance in the entire team

Bart:

- He has an incredibly wide voice range but his voice is his most natural if a bit Exaggerated at times

- He thinks Mudd is kinda hot but in a "Wow my friend is so pretty frr" kinda way y'know?

- Only brushes back his hair when out and about, at the headquarters and while camping his hair a mess

- Sleeps in briefs and if you're lucky one of Gum Gum's old shirts when in his room

- Likes to throw people off by asking to be carried or letting himself be walked into just to reveal how dense (Heavy) he is

- He has a fish tattooed on his chest as a reference to Captain Marrge (He'll never admit that's why)

- Has to plead and fight Gum Gum every week or two to try and get him to bathe (He doesn't bathe Galindor btw, he just puts him in the bath and leaves)

- He knows how to style people's hairs and really likes doing if. If only Kyborg let him run his fingers through his hair more often

Mudd:

- Puts things high up in shelfs so the others can't reach them

- Has done "Elf on a shelf" to Kyborg exactly 1 time and hated the feeling of Ky's shirt on his hands but it was worth putting him up there

- He has some pretty strange sensory issues (As in they are waaay too specific).

- He doesn't like hugs or kisses or anything like that because the feeling of touch remains on his skin Foever and it drives him mad

- His cape acts like a weighted blanket

- Shares fruit with Gumbo on a regular basis

- His tent in the largest because obviously, and has had to get the whole team out of it multiple times because they keep using it as a hangout spot

- Gossips with Bart about people that look fruity to them (*Cough cough* Spectril and Slique)

- He's a S€x and Romance repulsed aroace and suffers whenever Bart flirts with anyone

- Once he gained the ability to, he started changing the shape of his ears to something smaller and less "cow-like" because he's insecure about it. He switches on and off between liking them and hating them

Kyborg:

- He adores Gum Gum because the kid genuinely thinks he's cool

- Tries not to cry whenever he sees a kid with their parents

- He's afraid to ever have children because what if they loose him too?

- Uses his hatred against Quadron as his only motivation to stay alive

- His friends are his family even if he will never admit it, he lives for them

- He braids his hair like his mom used to braid hers, charms and rings and all.

- He likes it when Bart brushes his hair or braids it, but he's afraid to show that level of attachment.

- He has abandonment issues if we're honest

- Will fight Brink Tussler but also if anything happens to that guy seriously he'll Cry for ages

- Feeds Gumbo worms he finds on the woods while Mudd's not looking

Slique:

- He forgets he's missing fingers and only realizes when he tries to count with them

- Has dropped his tuning sword and regretted it many times

- Gets attached way too easily to anyone who's "nice enough to him", probably because of his need for approval and attention

Reason why people keep saying Cloud isn't "a SOLDIER" is because they are amazed that a regular human being, with no enhancements,is able to kick an enhanced person's ass so easily when he's angered.

And the best part of this is that it's canon. Imagine telling everyone on the way to the Nibelheim mission that Sephiroth would be killed and the nervous, shy teenager throwing up in the corner would be the one to do it. i’m planning on telling you more about that coffee place. i imagine it being owned by an arab family of 5—the Khalil family. there’s Hafiz (the dad), Shereen “Sherry” (the mom), Omar, Mona, and their little brother, Ziad. in my head, they’re lebanese.

the pe!couple are regulars there. the family literally treats them like they’re their own. sherry is constantly sending ziad with food for pe!reader and he’d always have a note from his mom:

“this is zaafar (thyme) manouche for the baby’s snack today” with lots of hearts.

pe!reader always sends ziad back with a treat. she’s an incredible cook, so there’s always something. she gives him dessert, makes him sit around for some juice; sometimes she’d get him toys, etc.

chris absolutely loves it when they get invited for dinner because they always have so much food made, and idk if you’ve even been around an arab family but food is a love language when it comes to arabs, so they’re always scooping more food for the couple, and it’s always so lively on the table.

i can’t wait to explore the khalil’s more in the blurbs and one shots now 😭

(what, the hamptons were closed this time of year?) and sure, setting fire to your headmistress' office 𝚍𝚘𝚎𝚜 warrant some time away from loved ones and potential beau's, especially if the match was lit with your mind and all, but the worst of the worst seems to be this: on the other side of that door, with it's drapes and fall decor, there's a dinner with dinner guests that she's going to have to pretend to care for at this moment in time, the most daunting activity of the evening being the act of having to make sense of whatever comes out of lorelai gilmore's mouth. and to worsen the blow, there very well may be a mention of yale that slips out of her daughter's mouth, and if so she'll blow. let's just hope she doesn't set 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 house on fire with that pesky mind of hers.

she's opted out of a dress for tonight, instead snug in a fitted pale pink button up ontop of a black tennis skirt, pearls situated right underneath an unbuttoned collar. those ringlet brown curls remain tight, clasped with a black headband and curtain bangs staying exactly where they've been since before she was ready: framed over thin brows. every feature is sharp, dark features accentuated by the dark hue of her chocolate hair, ebonies a dark flutter too. velvets are a wine shade, cheeks matching the berry hue, and her manicured toes sit comfortably in dior kitten heels. she is pristine, polished, dolled up to a T if only she felt as good as she looked. she's made it out of her room, gracefully made her grand entrance down the spiral of the gilmore stairs, exchanged pleasantries and coy greetings with all the adults in the room. and when they disperse and she's left holding a shirley temple, doe eyes betray their natural state as they narrow towards the youngest gilmore. a sip is taken, and it's very clear how she feels about the absence of alcohol in her system as of now.

it's funny, hearing it said back to her. rory's only picked up on something in the first five minutes they've spent since blair's arrived, something that has been eating at blair for the past year. MY, SHE REALLY DID USED TO PUT UP A FIGHT, HUH? she would be a force to be reckoned with, carrying a mini flask that would accompany her drinks every friday night dinner she had the honour of attending with her mother, even if it were every six months or so. and now, she's a pathetic sight. she looks beautiful, fresh faced and not one hair out of place, but there's something different. . . those doe eyes now have creases of wear underneath, bags that point to not enough sleep, and that usual scowl on her face isn't as playful as usual: if anything, she looks depressed. ❛❛ 𝓝ot a lot worth fighting for anymore. ❜❜ it almost makes her gag, just how easily the self deprecation spills out. brows knit together in a moment of relapse, a glimpse of the 𝚘𝚕𝚍 𝚋𝚕𝚊𝚒𝚛 evident to signal a throwdown of some sort. ❛❛ please. i get that the whole "deer in the headlights" look is kind of your thing, but surely you're not that naive. emily must've told you why i'm here. ❜❜ and with that, her promise to stay quiet about the whole yale fiasco goes straight down the hatch, just like the shirley temple. ❛❛ i'm sure you'd just looove to tell me that this is what i deserve, especially after giving you hell for the past year or so. so have at it, gilmore.
