Dave headed up as the buzz announced the unlocking of the door, feet tramping up the stairs before the door even shut entirely. Shifting the pizza once again he made his way to Jade's door, smoothly putting the momentum of his stride into the knock on the door.

The container of catnip was waded up, along with the plastic bag holding it, in his jean pocket. Pushing up his slipping long sleeves, he stepped up the curb to head to the call box to ring up Jade and announce his arrival.
