An unfortunate update: due to unforseen PC issues, I had to do a clean Windows installation, which caused me to lose all my personal files, icons and the photoshop settings I used to edit them included.
I know I was already on a hiatus and it changes little, but still, just take this as a heads up I probably won't be active on Tumblr.

Despite many of my best efforts, I just can't work up the motivation to work on replies. Which I apologize for. I do think I can officially mark this blog as being on semi-hiatus.
Don't see my mood for writing changing anytime soon.

"Oh stars, most certainly not. I've not been married, not yet, nor have I felt eager enough to participate to carry someone else's."
"I do have a great interest in all sporting events at the games, however! My kingdom have hosted my world's variant of them several times in my lifetime, so it serves me well to learn the rules!"
@dayplays; "Participants are mandated to all be having fun, for one." Thanks, Blaze.
"Have you competed before?"

"Just a tad." She purrs back with a bit of cheek in her tone, growing more confident as she grew more comfortable in the all-too-sudden intimacy being shared, relaxing into the other's touch with every flirtatious word & look they gave each other.
There'd initially been some fear, hesitance, worry- that this was too scandalous, that this wouldn't be reciprocated... but, Sally was doing quite well at easing all those anxieties in her, as she often did.
Blaze wasn't exaggerating at all, of course- there were few places she'd feel more safe being bare & vulnerable than with her.
"The private garden sounds just lovely, dear." She answered, smiling knowingly- the emphasis on privacy not needing any explanation
(Not that she'd be mind some risk, but... not in a castle.)
"Of course..." She started, setting a hand atop the chipmunk's rubbing at her side as she spoke; ever casually guiding it over the curve of her behind, before continuing. "I cannot promise I can wait."
There's a soft hum that came from the acorn princess as Blaze seemed to pleased herself. Even as the other's pleasure is clearly tinged hard with something else. Something that, truthfully, Sally was all too feeling herself. For awhile, of course, as there's very few people that could understand her as well as the other did. Was as sweet as the other was.
Brought all the more to the forefront as the two made their way down a hall, sneaking out of a party neither wished to attend, wearing torn clothing of Sally's own doing, and off to a moonlit soiree. Just the two of them. It was something out of the romance novels that Sally read-- ones she wasn't really supposed to, mind, but there were many times she had when sneaking out to be the freedom fighter she so enjoyed.
Which, Gaia below, did she feel free right now.
"Oh, now you're just testing me, dear." It was laced with intentions more scandalous than she'd truthfully left the party for, but no less true. "You know, I do have a private garden, off my bedchambers, if you'd prefer..."
A pause, glancing to their dresses and letting out a bit of a chuckle. It was either privacy or, no doubt, everyone would be able to tell what was going on without so much as a word being said from the two. Not helped by the two clinging to one another so intimately, Sally's own hand rubbing along Blaze's side gently.
"Though if you prefer the risk of the more public garden... or if you can't wait..."

"... is Yule normally celebrated so early, here?" She's been staring at the gaudy decorations about; not offended, just bewildered.

Shiver would generally try and throw hands on-sight with anyone calling themselves a king/queen/emperor/empress, regardless of whether they're good, evil, or even if they're saying it in jest.
She hates political leaders, and doubly so hates royalty.
(Being self-proclaimed royalty would only make it worse.)
