He considered “I would say they are more scared of you, but alas they aren’t afraid of much.” he patted her shoulder. “It’s alright, I am here and nothing short of an act of well--me.” he stated “Will get you.Since I am here..” he added “Your quiet safe.: nodding to the stack of many movies he motioned.  “Lets put something on and put it so loud we drown out the storm.” he offered “I will grab popcorn.’ which was to say he’d simply help himself at a theater somewhere and return with plenty for the both of them.  “Hopefully that will help until it pass, if not my girl, you may hide your face against my shoulder or hold my hand, what ever makes you feel better.”

“Well.” he said with a snort “Your not entirely wrong.” a wry grin touched his face as he walked speaking to her quietly. His cane tapping on the ground in a merry tone, even though there were multiple large rain drops falling on them. They seemed to amazingly be avoiding both himself and his companion. 

Sheer force of will alone allowed this.

It's suddenly clear to me that I have been living my life wrong

Sorry for the silence I caught the flu. Regular one. However I was very run down. So it took longer to recover. Thank you for the concerns and though who reach out to me. I am still a bit weak but getting better each day.
