The world is on fire, the planet is dying, and the US is slowly but surely falling to fascism and the thing I’m most afraid of is telling my ex/best friend that I love them. I love them, and not seeing them for almost two months makes me feel like the air has been stolen from my lungs. That all day on their birthday I prayed to anyone that listened that they’d be happier now that they’re 24, because I love them and they deserve every happiness the world has to offer. I want to hold them and tell them that everything is going to be okay, that we’ll figure it out together, and that I love them. I want to scream from the top of the tallest building that as long as I’m around they will never have to go through anything alone because I love them and they are home to me
But I CANT because we’re BROKEN UP
