I feel like Caitlyn often times stays awake well into the night just staring at the ceiling and thinking about her conspiracy board and rearranging clues in her mind because she simply doesn't have an off switch. But once she does fall asleep she's a pretty heavy sleeper.

Vi on the contrary can be asleep in minutes if not for anything else because it got ingrained into her throughout her life and especially in Stillwater, where she was often on edge and not knowing when she'll get the chance to rest. So she can fall asleep fast and wake up even faster and be on her feet ready to throw hands.

Shitty combination sure but they make it work by cuddling and Vi rambling about anything and everything (because her voice is extremely soothing especially when sleepy) to distract Caitlyn until she falls asleep, her hand still where she was idly tracing Vi's tattoos.
