One of my closest friend said to me this - “ we were only joking” when I said why would you allow someone to make fun of my mental health and why would you even share my secrets with someone else

WHY DO PEOPLE THINK MAKING FUN OF ISSUES THAT CAUSES SOMEONE TO REMEMBER THEIR PAINFUL PAST IS FUN????

How much pain they might be in to say that “I just want to disappear, that will be easy for me”…“I don’t want to feel anymore”, …”I don’t care about anyone anymore”…If only people were just kind for no reason at all.

I have always cherished the people that I care about so much to the extent that I completely forget about me and I think there’s courage and strength in that. Not everyone is capable of doing that. I am proud of the way I have been handling things in my life and I know maybe tomorrow I might not feel good again but I am glad to know my worth today. I hope to spread love and happiness everywhere I go✨
