Hey! Me and my partner have started a new YouTube channel where we post ambient walking videos from the places we visit on our travels!
I have found ambient walking videos to be really helpful when I am stressed out and need to focus on work, or can’t fall asleep. Enjoy a little knitting machine ASMR from my practice session the other night. I find the sounds so soothing and love to knit to wind down from the day.
As someone struggling to focus while working or studying, I find silent walking videos to be a pleasant distraction to keep me “in the zone” when I am trying to be productive. As my partner and I travel around a lot, we have decided to contribute to the community of silent walking videos on YouTube and create a silent walking channel.
Our latest video is a bit different: we took a morning walk through one of the most polluted capitals in Europe (Skopje, North Macedonia). Through our video you can for a moment experience the daily life in winter of the residents of the city, and get a glimpse in how different our world could be if we don’t change our lifestyle in the next couple years.

Eat your favorite food.
Try cook some meals by yourself.
Listen to your favorite playlist.
Rewatching your favorite film or series.
Take care of yourself more : Do a skincare routine / Starts exercising daily / Drinks a lot of water / Wearing clothes like your dream person / Wake up at 5.00am
Do new things : Drawing / Crocheting / Coloring a coloring book / Try practicing an instrument, maybe an ukulele, a guitar or piano / Open your own youtube channel / Go traveling alone etc.
Get out of social media and spend more time irl, there’s a million things you can do!! and I’m sure you’ll be so happy to experience all those things by yourself. <333
Do some stretching, your body needs to rest too.
Make your place tidy up and neat. ***very important***
And finally, Buy yourself a reward for finally make it another day!!!
