Herbert West headcanons because why the heck not…

He may have an aversion to noise (as portrayed by the Re-Animator novelization), but if it’s noise he himself can control, he likes music.

Related to the previous point, his comfort band is Kraftwerk. Yes I’m projecting here.

He may or may not have a weighted blanket…

Given the chance, he WILL tell you a silly dad joke or pun.

Give him a clicky fidget toy, he will love you forever.

Has probably run into Crawford Tillinghast at one point in his Miskatonic University residency.

Prone to headaches and backaches due to his hunching issue.

He has quite the sweet tooth, but will deny it vehemently.

He absolutely HATES the feeling and sound of styrofoam.

Has tripped over his own feet at least once in his life, including falling UP the stairs. (Don’t ask, I’ve personally done that…thrice)

Can and will out-sass anyone he deems deserving of it. He can be very catty…

Secretly likes having his hair ruffled and played with.
