So, as a cis supporter (straight woman who supports basically all other types of people (excluding murders, rapists, entitled people who think they know better because they are older,)) i think i figured out what finding your identity is like. It took my 30 years but I figured it out I think.

Finding your identity is like Finding the right clothes, they fit very well, you feel good about it, and that should be it. People should accept it and carry on, especially since you're not literally pulling out any dangerous weapons or trying to physically hurt anyone.

Unfortunately, people who are/were in your life will think they know what's best and try to push their agenda/ideals onto you, please try to be respectful as much as possible to them when you decline/reject them, the only ones who knows you are you and those who truly accept you, don't give up, don't surrender to anything or anyone 😉

As the years have gone by, my rose colored glasses have started to come off, and I've noticed my parents and grandma's masks start to slip.

Let it be known that I'll always love my family, especially my mom and dad, but again their masks are slipping away.

For context, I have two younger siblings, one of them identifies as a non binary gay person, which is fine with me, as the eldest ill always love them for them because they are a person who deserves to be loved and appreciated for who they are, everyone has rights after all.

Anyways, earlier today I texted her asking her if she wouldn't mind setting aside some time for us to talk because they recently got a boyfriend. I accidentally triggered their anxiety with that text, I say that because I just wanted to know if they still were that way and assure them that not matter what ill still support them. I got to tell them that, and even shared my lunch (which I just finished) with them.

Moral of this story: show support to others around you, and if you are an actual Christian, for the love of God please treat others with the same respect you would like and be respectful yet supportive

Late night cosplay idea/request: dapper/steam punk Pikachu.

For context: I have just started to see Pokémon go fest 2025 adds with a few male Pikachu dressed up in suits. This caused the above idea to pop into my head. Formal Pokémon cosplay in general would be very nice/pretty too, but i would love dapper Pikachu, and im sure many others would too.

Alright, rant time!

Spoilers for sonic 3, if you have plans to go see it and don't want to be spoiled, don't read until you've seen it:

As a shadow fangirl (not that big but still love his character and how he's evolved, especially after generations dlc,) I'm pretty upset about the fact that Maria as far as we know WAS NOT SICK AT ALL IN THE MOVIE. She still died in the end so I'm happy about that, not that I think she ever deserved that, even in game that was sad. She still needed to die both in game and movie to give shadow a reason to go berserk.

Another thing is Shadow's birth. He was inside a meteor instead of an experiment like we all basically know him as. I do believe Walter was in the original game/lore too so I'm glad they kept that. Aside from all that, good movie, definitely worth a watch or two.

Merry Christmas, my younger brother who ROCKS at cooking made some tasty gluten free mac and cheese casserole. After I ate it, which is not that long ago, i just instantly remembered my first meal i made from scratch.

It was with younger sister, I had around then just got then unofficial legend of zelda cookbook, which i highly recommend you get sometime. It was some sort of beef stew with carrots and Yukon (golden) potatoes. We just started to make it, and not long after, dad came up from his work area on the first level (it's two levels, and he was in his office which is down hallway,) and his immediate response was "that smells good" in his deep voice.

Mom was in an online meeting in their room which is next to kitchen, so she obviously smelled it, after I started i could start to smell it too, it was indeed delicious. Only thing which was on me was we didn't put enough in the pot to feed the whole immediate family, let alone most. We still had the ingredients to make it better so it all worked out. Warning, im about to say something a lot of people will not like, but before I do allow me to say I'm not against sonic having any relationship with anyone (except the princess from sonic 06, I'm pretty sure no one ships that): from what we could see at the end of sonic 3, Amy is more of an independent woman than she's been recently, especially in 06 id say. I hope if they do decide to try a romantic relationship for sonic with Amy, its an eventuality sort of thing and not right off the bat they fall in love with each other. Again sonic is as free as a breeze/the wind itself, he doesn't really need a partner. He's still a kid, I'm sure there's still plenty of time for our favorite blue blur.

Part 1 of me showing some of my favorite pieces i recently recreated from equestria girls rainbow rocks, one of my favorite mlp/equestria girls movies i saw both online AND IN THEATERS WHEN THEY WERE IN THEATERS.

One thing about sonic the hedgehog movies that I like that's wayyyyyyyyy different from other reboots/reimaginings is that they don't take characters that weren't gay before and making them gay (robotnik is technically an outlier for this because he's pan, but dr stone could be gay, I don't typically look that deep in gender, especially in media so don't come at me for this please.)

I had/have pretty big chips on my shoulders with she-ra and Carmen san Diego for the opposite reasons. As far as I know she ra reboot turned four of the main cast gay, for the record I'm not against gay people at all, I think they are pretty oppressed and that's not right at all. I would have liked those two shows more if the people behind them made a completely new character that the main character could fall in love with and have them be with them from the beginning basically (cattra could still be adora's childhood friend and they be basically sisters, but making them fall in love like that was a little forced.)

Owl house was perfect because they nailed basically all the troupes/tropes perfectly, and the finale was fantastic. It's just the above I didn't like (look in the middle of this paragraph)

Just thought of this randomly after my most recent trip to California, in the tune of "little town" from og beauty and the beast:

Mom: seriously, why don't you try getting out more and actually living, especially like the adult you are?

Me, internally because I think about how much I don't want to hurt mom or really anyone I love/am supposed to love: because obviously,until I die i feel ill be truly ever to live my dream. Instead I'm just a caring disabled woman/girl.
