For Yvan, the true artistry of hand-crafted chocolate lies not in eye-catching decorations, but in each truffle’s rich flavor, contrasting textures and delicate aroma.

Pure daginjo sake "Hakuryu" from HAKURYU SYUZOU CO., LTD. in Nigata, Japan.
Founded in 1839 during the Edo period, 白龍酒造 has been producing Japanese sake for over 180 years. It was established as a sake brewery after branching off from a main shipping business company. Because Japanese sake is one of the major products in Niigata. Based on descendants of a family involved in the shipping business, their name takes a character “龍” (dragon) as the god of the sea and they named the brewery of White Dragon“白龍酒造” (Hakuryu Shuzo) praying for prosperity in this land.

Red Maple Leaves in Hasedera Temple. I feel their maple leaves can last longer than my place. The temple in Nara is called The Temple of Flowers. Because they provide beautiful flowers each season.

Gunkanjima or Battleship island is called because of the shape of its silhouette is from discarded unfinished battleship TOSA. The official island name is HASHIMA. I know a dark side story behind its island. However buildings on the island are collapsing due to natural disasters. I do not know how long will it last. It is worth checking out.

Taking photos from a very fast-moving train. It is no easy task for me. Especially my seat was an aisle seat of Nozomi. What would I do without my iPhone?
