-after the mass ascension, CC allowed his cannibalistic tendencies out, often mentioning offhand abt how certain iterators look like they taste good during chatlogs

-CC isn't particularly interested in iterator's puppets unless they have interesting design features and prefer the inner workings of the superstructure(ie nerves, white spiders, inspectors, neurons)

-this caused alot of discomfort and breaking of relations to CC but he doesn't mind all that much tbh

Industrial Complex and Pipeyard as iterators!(+trying out a new brush)

Got inspired by @rev-xce and @denziru teehee

I imagine IC to be like a very old prototype model that doesn't even have legs, just connected to the chamber forever with tubes and wires. He's dusty and grumpy all the time about his younger brother - Pipeyard

And I think Pipeyard would be a much younger iterator, with legs. His hands and legs are covered in void fluid because he works every fucking day digging and digging and digging and digging deeper. It's also HOT AS FUCK in his region, so he is forced to wear short clothes

Oh yeah he also tuck his wires into the shorts.

Tbh this is waaaaaay near the end of the story and honestly probably requires a TON more fucking context but I just needed to get this shit out of my system. Feel free to ask about what the fuck is going on because I’d LOOOOVE TO TELL. The basic gist is that Sig knows Sliver wants her, and every other rotted iterator, dead, but thankfully because she isn’t his local group senior, she can’t do anything to him…yet. But this also means Sig can’t do shit to her either. So…why not employ the help of his best friend by infecting him and making him do her dirty work? Sounds like a perfectly sound plan made by a very sane individual!

Yeah so Sig n Wind make a biiiiiig fucking oopsie and Sig finally realizes that shit might have gone too far. :)

Finally made a couple ocs too! The next-in-line for the group senior mark is Once Stagnant Opportunity, the second oldest…or well, now first lol. I’ll be uploading their ref…soon. Ish. Probably.

they are so tunnel visioned on 5 pebbles they forget MOON IS FR DYING

(from a discussion I had with a friend a bit ago) Hey isn't it really weird how Spearmaster's campaign handles Moon?

The chain of plot events goes that: SRS gives FP self-destruction taboo removal instructions > FP uses insane amounts of water executing it at an ill-advised scale, harming Moon in the process > Moon forces him to stop, he fucks up and gets the rot, Moon is still dying > SRS sends Spearmaster over to FP with a fucking apology letter???

I get that he's SRS's friend, but. There is something more severe happening here than Pebbles being angry. SRS, Moon is on fire right next to him. Yet no action is taken about this, not even bothering to ask her "Hey why didn't you stop him from actively killing you? Are you unable to in some way? Can we help?". It's like, it's like an arsonist setting a house on fire, and then fussing about the arsonist getting burned a little. While somebody's still in the house.

Also she's so uncharacteristically accepting of her death. Y'know? She was begging him to stop, but to Spearmaster she's just "ohh it's too late for me.. send the guys a goodbye letter why don't you?". There's the COLOSSAL missed opportunity of further investigating why she let him hurt her for that long, why she endured beyond the tipping point, but it feels like that intrigue to her character was forgotten. Instead she exists largely to further Pebbles' own arc, passive and mild in comparison. And it sucks! I believe this is probably a symptom of Downpour being so pebbles-centric, which really neutered the story here.
