Update?

Honestly I don't rlly know if I wanna discuss my EDs here anymore. Within my year and a half break I kinda realized it was so unhealthy and I'm attempting genuine recovery and trying not to weigh myself. Yes I do struggle but I've been doing a lot better with eating and ECT. But I have also recently started meds particularly Zoloft (it's making me insane) and I've been on a pretty high dose of conserta for quite awhile now. I have a lot of stresses and things going on like one year passing on traumatic events and honestly some of my lowest lows that I fear I don't even speak about with my closest people. I fear I'm going back into my low lows as the other day I laid on my living room floor and hysterically sobbed. I also came outta hudge dissociate episode and I'm finally able to kinda live and retain things and not float about.

I do hope the moots that follow me are doing at least a little better now with their mental health I cant really say to much for myself but I just tey and celebrate the little things currently (I have been clean for a month and almost 2!!!)
