2015 has been an astonishing years for commercial projects; it was also a critical year to seek for a "new voice" in my photography work after a 17-years journey, and I could not be happier with the progress I had made so far.

A year ago, right before Independence Day, I had decided to take a different approach on revamping my editorial photography style and techniques after working in the motion picture industry for a few years.

A one-light composite made happen with the help of Lauren - the designer and owner of VI.

Valentía Ifuerza Spa products bring you an ethereal experience that you can enjoy at home.

The BMPCC Super 16 sensor was the look this spot called for while shooting under a harsh mid day sun put the camera's dynamic range to test.

Went out for the first spring shoot this morning, and it was absolutely wonderful! This was a pretty tough spot to pose, but thanks to Lauren, I was able to get this exceptional shot right before we wrap a two hours shoot.

Not that often we get snow day here in the South, but for the third time in two weeks, that allows plenty of photos opportunities.

Finally got to do a black on black shoot with Khadejeh, who is also a very talented photographer herself!

This passed Saturday was my 30th birthday, but it was also the day when my camera bag officially retirement. In last 17 years, we had been to some fantastic places, seen some amazing things and we had told some wonderful stories together through the creation of imageries. I just want to take a moment to reflect those memories. Thank you old friend. #tbt
