This is my third to last fan series redesigned. (and rebooted!) I have two more to go and they are going to be a bit difficult so time is going to be slow to get them done. I’m motivated though. Here is an og series of mine that has been officially rebooted, Play Pretty Cure!

Crystal is a new girl moving into the land of the Whispering Isles. With new friends, a new family, and singing? The Whispering Isles is full of fun characters and musical numbers, but a dark past behind it that Crystal doesn’t know about, including sudden monster attacks all over the land that seems to be normal to the townsfolk. Receiving a strange storybook from an elderly woman, Crystal becomes a fighter called pretty cure to stop these monsters and figure out the mystery of her new home, including why everyone breaks into song every few hours.

Back from hiatus, Precure fanseries! I had four left and with school finally over, I can finally finish this series. Now, I would like to introduce my fourth to last redesigned fanseries, Enchanting Nature Pretty Cure!

There’s been two gods, one that protects the living, and one that protects the dead. The goddess of life also guards the Garden of Creation, a garden full of paradise where spirits go to reincarnate. From the boredom and jealousy from her brother, the god of the dead, he actively tries to take over the garden for his own benefits. The shrine maiden and the goddess’s daughter flees to find the legendary warriors to stop him. Banished from the garden, the villain wants to find the shrine to the garden and stop the shrine maiden from stopping his plans.

Sample Mystical Unity Cover Art! 🌟 (Also, name reveal lol 🙃) . . . My final important piece of my senior thesis is complete, the sample cover art. As it’s a sample cover, it may or may not become the true cover if these story becomes an actual story. It does confirm one thing, I’m using my MU covers to pay homage to other magical girl / magical boy comics, western or eastern. Shows much I care for this genre and the amazing artists that help bring this genre alive in the west. I’m so happy with how it came out! Does it look like an actual cover? Would you read it?

I’m super behind on school work and my thesis is pretty much on its final pieces. I may or may not post some extra work in the future but as of now, my thesis is considered complete! ^-^ ⭐️🩷🍀

Unity Baker Transformation!! 🩷 . . . This is my first ever full transformation sequence in comic form! I decided to draw Baker as her gimmick was something I wanted to create from the very beginning. From her pose in her fake screenshot, I finally created what her full transformation could look it, for the sake of comic pacing. I sincerely hope you guys enjoy this sample comic I’ve been working on this past week alongside the character profiles.

I’m almost at completion with this project! Just got a cover and some minor character drawings to go. This has been a long journey and I’m so excited to reach the finish line to finally see that degree fall into my hands! Thank you the support, seriously! Mystical Unity Villains and Supporting Cast! 🖤 . . . I decided to share these profiles together since they’re quite self-explanatory. Just like the main group, everyone comes in a trio: three magical girls, three villains, and three supporting characters.

The villains are planning to destroy Earth and take over an alternate world for their queen(?) The problem…the kingdom they’re now planning to control won’t budge their advances. So, they have a princess in their captivity to finally take control of their target. Slane is the muscle, Lynx is the strategist, and Discord is the leader. What shenanigans are they up to? Who knows!

The supporting cast consists of their fairy mascot, Yoshi, their mentor and master of alchemy, John, and the princess the Unities have to save and who the villains keep captive, the fallen princess. Although she’s the damsel, she has the power of magic hidden from others, sent for the Unities, with upgrades galore. John is an expert alchemist, raised in a magical realm that never accepted him…except one person. What’s Yoshi’s motive? Who knows!

Thank you so much for the support for everything I post, it makes me more motivated when I see the love for a project I’ve been dying to create for a larger audience. The most experienced as a magical girl, she’s there to protect her team and save Earth from a force she believed was her fault. Also known as the First Pretty Cure, Cure Tsuru is a legendary Cure in Viva la Vida! ❊ PreCure~ Her first documented appearance in mythology is in Pretty Cure Creation Myth. She embodies a Shinto shrine maiden with a red-crowned crane motif, and documents strongly suggest she is from the Heian period of Japan.

It’s not a proper reference sheet (yet), but I’m very happy with this design so it may not differ from the final reference! May my crane priestess bless you all with good fortune *ੈ✩‧₊˚

I realized these cures never got a full group drawing together. The first Precure series I redesign now has a true group drawing!

7 Fairies called Wanderers have been protecting the concept of time and the Earth for centuries. One however despises his role as a wanderer, because of the continent he was given, Antarctica. The villain wants to cover the planet in darkness, no light in sight, just to preserve Earth forever. A future team of cures are task to stop him and save the Earth from corruption and let it thrive.

I am still on hiatus from Precure designing for school purposes but these girls deserved a group drawing that they haven’t received yet. I am planning to draw the past cures as well but that will also have to wait. A mysterious realm has leaked into the hero world, a banished warlord raging war against a special agency he deemed responsible for something unknown. Heroes have been fighting him for years but to no avail. It’s time for a new team of heroes to finally end his reign of terror in the hero world, the pretty cure!

10 down, 5 to go! I finished redesigning and rewriting the first Precure fan series I ever created. They were first a team of persona cures I created for my old friends, now it’s an independent series as their own characters. Let me introduce the new and improved, Amity Pretty Cure!

One of my darkest series, Tokyo was attacked by a terrorist group from an alternate reality. Everyone either killed or captured for horrendous experiments. A scientist in the real world has a way to save Tokyo, but he wouldn’t believe that his first subject would be his dying cousin. Almost murdered in a crossfire, he fuses her with great power becoming the first super soldier, Cure Fondness. Naming themselves after a magical group of dimensional explorers called pretty cure, a team of female super soldiers are tasked to save their home from the terrible acts of the mysterious gang wanting to destroy Tokyo.

Next fan series I finished is actually an og of mine, created way before Star Twinkle became a season. These are cleaned up designs since I still liked them but they now have a new team name. Meet, Galactic Guardians Pretty Cure!

Constellation is a rebel princess and daughter of the big bad, emperor of an entire planet. From war after war, she figures out that her tyrant father is now going after other planets, including Earth, to find her missing mother and take over the Galaxy. Using her already existing cure powers, she has to stop her father to save Earth. However, two humans soon gain the power of pretty cure to aid her in battle, much to her dismay.

Another fan series I’ve had for a long time is my now cleaned up, Virtue Pretty Cure! These designs are only cleaned up as their previous designs are still good designs to me. They just needed a fresh take on them.

Love is the princess of the kingdom of the sky, the Heavenly Kingdom. Her new duties as princess are on hold as a gang of fallen angels attack and destroy her kingdom. In order to stop them, she had to find legendary warriors called pretty cure. However, she becomes a cure herself, destined to lead a team with the power of friendship to save her kingdom once and for all.

Even though the plot sounds cheesy, this is one that I’ve worked on since the beginning, and I’m excited to share more of it in the next couple of series. Another fan series is done and I’m finally getting more time to work on them. Besides school, I got many internships applied for and I’m nervous about what will happen with those, wish me luck!! 😊

Getting into series I’ve been working on for so long, I redesigned my season themed fan series, Season Pretty Cure Floret Orchestra!

There is a stone called the Chorus Hymn that protects Earth, guarded by the 4 warriors of the seasons. They each have a mascot with them, and the winter mascot has been neglecting his duties. Because of the conditions the Earth had become, he decided to destroy the chorus hymn, with his followers destroying the guardians. Now, the reincarnations of the guardians known as the pretty cure are tasked to stop him from wiping out humanity.

Another fan series designed and I’m very happy how they turned out from the many times I’ve redesigned them in the past. I’m getting into the series I’ve worked on the most so watch out for the next one that follows the same path. Finally about half way done too! So excited to finish all 15!
