TAVUS-IKI
As a duopedite, Tavus would resemble Burak Deniz's face structure (specifically the eyes and smile) with Sendhil Ramamurthy's skin tone.
(Left: Burak Deniz, Right: Sendhil Ramamurthy)

Tavus would be roughly 5'7" and would dress extravagantly. Consider the ways that Howl from Howl's Moving Castle dresses. Also, consider robes similar to those of the Roman Emperors, or like the lavish and colorful dressings of Ottoman rulers. When broody, Tavus will wear looser clothing.
(Right: Howl from Howl's Moving Castle, Left: Nero at Baiae by Jan Styka).

Older-looking Tavus is more disheveled and prefers a beard. Typically, this is Tavus when iki wants to be left alone, but iki might entertain this form if Tavus thinks it will help in pleasure-seeking.

TAVUS-IKI
[reclined among pillows and inhaling a sweet smoke from a decanter with a long pipe]
I could recall them, but why should I?
???
Do you enjoy watching them suffer?
TAVUS-IKI
I enjoy nothing that I can't do myself. [exhale of smoke] So yes, in a way.
But I don't make them so they suffer. It just happens to be what my progeny do. They suffer, they attempt to crawl up the strata, they fall, they expire.
Some do succeed [inhale], but they still suffer because I [exhale] am their sire. Even then, they're not special. All duopedites suffer.
And anyway, If I recalled them, I'd bring that suffering back into myself. It's just best to wait for them to die naturally.
???
You could choose not to have them at all. Recall them at birth or before. Couldn't you?
TAVUS-IKI
But why? [sits up] Oh! I know-- will you say, "but for their sake"? Please?
???
...
TAVUS-IKI
[grins and perfectly imitates ???s voice]
"But for their sake?"
[stops imitating]
I cannot care for them. If I could, I'd be one of them. If I recalled any of them, I might soon care, but I would go to Mother Nuh and wash away those emotions so quickly...
... and return right. back. here. [gestures to the lavish room and take another long drag from the decanter]
