Team Experience

It was an amazing experience in TechExpo working with my teammates - Mahek, Pallavi and Jyoti. I got to learn many things from them. The credits - Idea of the project - Mahek Prototype of Website - Jyoti Medical technicalities - Pallavi Project Name and Presentation - Me I learnt many soft skills and got an Idea where I have to work to present myself better. Some Key learnings that broke my pre-determined myths - 1. Never wait for a chance to speak. Be present at the moment and give points that build interest and suspense to the audience. 2. Complete your words. If you're working with your teammates, never be shy to present yourself, you might face conflict of ideas but those conflicts should be productive. 3. You will definitely face disappointments and anger but always remember, Don't take and make it personal and never say a word that seems, you made a personal remarks to somebody. 4. After a group conflict, try to make the situation cold and make your group understand that you're not against them but the idea of! . I was lucky to work with these hardworking teammates.
