😍 Do you love pizza? I was asked this question and found that all I could say was yes, but which pizza do I love the most? There is Italian pizza in all its glory, but I also love the greasy and sloppy pizza from New York. You know the that needs a napkin on top to remove some of the oil. Not to mention the pizza from Chicago and Norway. So which pizza do you love the most? This is my attempt at Italys top pizza the #pizzanapoletana #napoletana I am not claims to master this, but I will say that is was good. For the dough I did as follows: 3 1/2 cup of 00 flour (if you can get it) 1/2 cup wholewheat flour 1 tsp dry yeast 1 1/4 cup of tempered water a pinch of salt I also have some oil in the dough, but that is not correct. I leave the dough for 24 hours on the bench, then it goes into the fridge for at least 1 day. This particular dough spent a few days in the fridge and a week in the freezer. I just could not find the time to use it. I was surprised to see that it was still alive after being frozen. 😍 There you are, my dear friend! ♥️❤️ And just like that I was back in New York roaming the streets of Manhattan … Oh so I loved that life. I can not remember a saturday morning when I did not have #bagel with #lax and #creamcheese This is such a pleasure to eat. I made it just like they served in my favorite deli. I had to bake the #poppyseedbagels my self. And it was so easy. I just took a light dough made for pizza and turn it into bagels. The shape is just ring, and they have to rise for 24 hours in the fridge. I then cooked them in boiling water added with 2 tbs of sirup. The time in the oven was 210C for about 25 minutes. 😍 There you are, my dear friend! ♥️❤️ This is the ultimate leftover dinner. The #porkbelly is from Christmas, and I was inspired by a #caribbeandish using #jerk This is my first time doing so, and I liked it. I prepared the meat in brine for 3 days, then I gave it 24 hours in the fridge with the jerk marinate. I made the jerk as follows: In a mixer: 1/2 onion 1 tbs ginger and garlic mix 1/2 chili (I am Norwegian) 1 tsp tumeric 1 tsp allspice 1 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs vinegar salt and pepper I had to add a little oil to get the mixer going. I had the meat in the oven for 2 hours at 130C, then 20 minutes at 250C. I served it with a little #leftover pizza dough, made into a flatbread and peaches from the cake I made the other day. So this delicious treat was an ultimate leftover feast. Yum 😍 Enjoy ♥️ Please let me know if you make my dish. I would love to see you result. 😍 There you are, my dear friend! ♥️❤️ After a weekend in the mountains it is good to be home, filling up on vegetables. I love the stuff and my body gets so happy when I load up on vegetables. Sometimes I feel like the only person in Norway that love the green stuff. We even have a rule about how much we must eat to stay health. I do not need such a rule, I just eat it 😍 This is my #asparagus with #celeryrot #crisps and #red #grapefruit #dressing This is easy to make, just cut and roast it in the pan with a lot of butter. Drizzle over the dressing and eat. Yummmy 😍 Enjoy ♥️ Please let me know if you make my dish. I would love to see you result.
