She was completely out of his league and he still had to pinch himself that she was still waking up by his side. God, was he glad he went to that high school reunion.  The smell of bacon and foot steps seemed to wake him up in a confused state. “Ads?” He opened his eyes to see her with a tray of food. It took him a little bit of negotiation, but he had managed to get his roomie out for the afternoon; since Addie had commented that she’d like to pay him a visit. Alex was casually laying on his bed, wearing only sweatpants and pretending to read. Lowering the book, he grinned at the blonde “Oh, hey. Nice to see you. Didn’t knew you were coming around”

the small blonde tilted her head and smiled at him. she then furrowed her brow and laughed, “you lie. you knew i was coming over to see you. my brother’s gone right?” she asked with a small grin pulling at her lips, “whatcha reading there?” she questioned, knowing he wasn’t actually reading the book he held in his hands.
