I love sleep but what I realise is,

I love waking up next to you more than sleeping,

I love staying up with you more than sleeping,

I enjoy sleeping and getting amazing rest, let's be honest though when we focus being joyful every day regardless of sleep, we pay more attention to all of the goodness between within and around us.

We have experiences like Boom and Lisbon and the first season of our relationship and throughout or relationship where we enjoyed wonderful time together!

I want the best for you, it all seemed like it was very possible for us to just live peacefully and harmoniously in love.

I don't know why everything was so challenging :( life was really simple and I loved sharing that chapter of my life with you.

Even with everything we've been through together, the Spirit I am is always love and loving you.

I have promised I will never contact you again. That wasn't easy but if you're biting yourself because we're on the phone then maybe we shouldn't be on the phone.

Maybe some other things too, but I only wanted to be supportive of you and your healing process, however you decide is best.

I am really doing my best to stay focused on positive and productive outcomes.

I want to be free of patterns that restrict my joy.

I am ceasing smoking again now, I got some after the other weekend to support myself in creating positive behaviours and take the edge off the pain and now I feel I'm in a better position to manage my feelings and thoughts.

I have also promised my self to cease k until August too, I need to experience the pain so I can get grounded, learn the lessons while down and rise again becoming a greater version of myself.

I am meditating twice a day, to keep myself clear, calm and focused. I am also going out into nature every day and have been enjoying running again too!

I am allowing my mother to be herself without allowing myself to react to the way I feel when she speaks to me so that I can elevate my consciousness to live intentionally and not habitually.

I know if I take the time I need with my process and can heal and open up to love without feeling like closing up when I'm in challenging situations.

I see each challenege as an opportunity for me to remember my core values and aspirations.

Just remember, you are pure light, you glow when you embody the feeling of love!

I feel that every time I am faced with a situation and repeat the same reaction, I prevent myself from liberating myself creatively and channelling the loving kindness I have for myself into everything in life!

I am wishing you a wonderful presentation full of warm smiles and abundance.

Healing

Today I remembered about the integral eye movement therapy (IEMT)  I received during my shamanic retreat. Joanna Harper is a therapist who was also on the retreat, she’s an IEMT world-renowned NLP practitioner too, and she’s from Hailsham too!

It was an incredibly rapid transformation process, it shows in the first few minutes how the eye movement reduces the intense feelings in seconds!

It’s amazing, you don’t even really have to talk about any details, you just recall the memory and then what they do in the video

I’ve got in contact to see if it would be possible to do a session with her! 

When I did it before it literally allowed me to process what happened in my life without feeling attached to the pain, then I started seeing where the lessons were and began working towards integrating them! 

So lucky and would love to share this with you, maybe we could look at going to see her one afternoon?

Infinite Potential in Space and Time

My soul and heart are aligned. 

I feel more deeply and profoundly now into my emotions now than I ever have. 

I hear and see the guidance of my emotions for me to embrace so that I can rise through the challenges in life, as these create the path that I am guided on by my higher-self. 2020 is the year I feel all of my emotions and allow myself to ascend through anything that is not in alignment with my greatest good!

As above so below

I am waking up every night feeling your energy within and around my being. My heart and intuition are telling me that I must persevere through any pain and patterns that longer serve my life. I know that as I release my attachments to these patterns I become more of the pure love that I truly know I am. 

Our potential is infinite and I will do everything that resonates with my heart and that I am guided to in order to make amends, heal myself and our relationship. I am grateful that we are still able to communicate and spend precious time together, as always it brings great joy to my heart when I am with you because I know that if we could instantaneously choose to be living without any patterns that create resistance to our intentions, we would be!   

I know we are connected beyond this lifetime and that we have a spiritual purpose together in this life. Our greatest potential for healing and love is our ability to release any blocks within us that prevent us from experiencing the natural love and joy that life just is. 

As within so without

I know that we are destined to be together because the universe is guiding this and when I ask for signs they are positive! I have faith in us and I trust the process that the divine energy guides us through! I am very proud of us for being able to talk through any challenging times and transmute that which is ready for healing, accepting that which is not ready for healing yet and appreciating every moment just as it is. 

The past year and a half really allowed me to realise, release, heal and grow from so much of what I was fearful of my children would inherit. The future children, our children, will be able to live the best possible lives because of the healing that we do now!  

I am eternally grateful for you and our life together. It is truly magical and I am devoted to being the best version of myself, I deserve it, you deserve it, the world deserves it!
