it's been a while since i've done these and i'm glad to be back
anyone interested in doing it with me? might make a kik group chat
i'll update daily but so far:
lunch: bread+pb, few carrots, bit of an apple = 160

i was going to do the whole 30 days of giovanni's but since i'm almost at my goal weight i'll probably stop after 1 more week
after that i'm going to slowly start to up my calories everyday so i wont shock my body and gain like 2492849032 lbs
on this blog i'll post each day by day my intake till it's semi-normal again since everyone is always curious what to do after the abc/sgd/g30 so they don't gain

it's similar to abc but shorter
we could all talk to each other, and i can make a chart thing with our starting weights and after every 5 days you can update me with your new weight and i can add that to the chart
so then we'll be able to see our progress
and motivate each other
if you're down message me/like this
we would start tomorrow and do it all of april since april is 30 days
summers coming so we all might as well make the last weeks we have count

Already lost 9.8lbs and i haven't even been to the gym.
I count fruits and vegetables because the only reason I feel like it says to not count them is because some contain "negative calories" but all don't sooo

so i've been doing the giovanni's 30 for over a week now and i've almost lost 10lbs.
today was 500 cals and i'm actually scared i might have gained weight :(
at least tomorrow's a fasting day......

I eat around 500 cal per day and on some days I crave sweets like crazy so I eat some low-calorie packaged sweets. If half of my 500 calorie intake is from those, will i still lose weight? Since I'm definitely still in a calorie deficit. I also exercise and burn approximately 500 cal daily.
