When I think I’ve been succeeding at restricting & exercising more but my eating disorder be like

So I’ve been pretty good for a while. Have’nt even thought about what I’ve been eating for a good few months until one of my friends created an account where they talk about how they have struggled with eating for a while.

I know it’s good for people to talk about it and to share but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it all day and I know it’s gonna get bad again. I kind of want it to get bad.

Some people’s victories lead to other people’s downfalls. Make sure you post trigger warning before posting so other people can avoid what I’m going through.
