Get BACK UP!!!!

In a world full of noise their is you . Yes you .. the same person who thinks what you have to offer to the world is just not enough. The same person to gives everything to everybody and leaves sooooooo very little for yourself. Or maybe you are doing the very best that you can and and still feel unseen . I just want to let you know I SEE YOU….

It’s currently 11:00 pm and I just have to get the message out . Is it just me or has 2019 been on your *****(fill in the extract word that comes to your mind ). For me it has had me feeling like … Is this how we Rolling??

It has became so easy to…

talk ourselves out of the very thing we are destined for because of every excuse we tell ourselves. I keep telling myself I want this and that and granted life happens. But what has remained the same is the passion to go after the things that make your long nights and days worth it . What have you been putting on hold? … telling yourself once you get your s*it together you going to be the SH*T . Yup I have been her .

I still have moments where I allowed her to show up without an invention. She just rolls up and helps herself . When I realized she got to comfortable . I am left with two options 1.)Allow her to move in 2.) change the locks and not look back . We are about to walk into a new decade and I know everyone is in a season where we are re-evaluating our goals , beating ourself up because we have not achieved what we planned at the beginning of the year.

If you are in a season where you are questioning if everything you are doing and if it is worth it . I will say YES…I know it may not seem like you are not getting the buzz or people are not noticing but the truth is they are . Start where you are . Start with that you have . Start with the desire . How to create your opportunities

Everyday we have an opportunity to create the life we want and the things we want to see all within a bomb as wifi connection, a phone and idea.

I believe that the opportunity goes beyond than just having the tools. We have to have the faith and beliefs that the things our heart desires ..we are beyond qualified to achieve them without second guessing ourself .

what are you currently thinking about that keeps showing up ?but we always have the greatest response on why that is not for us . I have created a system which has helped me identify what my heart is trying to speak to me .

Set the Intention

If I had quarter for every time I thought my opportunities would find me because I am fabulous and I work hard . Girl Please I wish the universe showed up for me like that . It can be as simple as being in the right room at the right time . Making it a goal to make meaningful connections that will blossom into something else once the time is right .

Have the audacity to position yourself as if you have already accepted the roll and opportunity. It is our job to train everyone around us to how we want to be treated and noticed for .

Do the work

Nothing is going to work without you doing the work . For the people in the back let’s be clear nothing is going to work unless you do the work . That means learning more about the subject, pay for the class , invest in the conference. we have so many resources and google university always come through with everything. It can become overwhelming if you try to do everything at once’s so break down into bite size goals that you can achieve. Remember all steps lead to your big goals .

Evaluate

check your progress . Are the things you are doing getting you closer to your goals ?Are there some things that are not lining up that you can replace with something more impactful? If your answer is Yes to these questions then you are on the right track . Stay in the know ,Set your calendar for weekly check-ins so you stay on top of your game .

Say Yes

So we been grinding and improving our skills and we get our first opportunity and now we are scared. Trust yourself , you have not been working this hard to stay complacent. Even if you think you are not ready say yes . If it scares you say yes.

July Baby is that you??? Is it just me or is this year flying by ? These days you can find me traveling with either my backpack for school or a duffle bag with business tools setting up just about anywhere to keep the knowledge flowing….. I would be naive if didn’t share with you … The moment you decide you want more for yourself it is going to cost you the old version of yourself . .. yes I get it we out here #BookedandBusy ( Sis I GOT GOALS) BUT did you know that you can be Booked and Distracted.. GIRLLLL

You are not alone . I have been in the seat next or across from you more than once . It was not until I made the decision to want more from myself and make the commitment to me for me . Have you noticed we will bend our backs for the ones we love but when it comes to ourselves we can easily brush it off until the next day . If you are In a space where you are ready to want more these gems will allow you to do that and more .

You Have To believe you deserve it

Yes you … everything you think about yourself starts with your perception. I recently wrote about The Power of Belief . What are some behaviors that you have adopted?or better yet . Are you speaking positive over yourself and anything that your name is attached too ? Let me give you an example of what that looks like

” I run a Global business that empowers women of color to Be Fearless, Brave and Phenomenal.”

Speak life over what you create even if it has not fully flourished yet .

2. Dedicate and focus on the craft

This is when we spend time learning more about our purpose and mission. That means read the books , listen to the podcast , go to the conferences . Now it won’t happen over night but what I know for sure is …if you are committed you will not lose .

3 . Surround yourself around positive people

The company you keep is critical to yourself and your growth . We are not designed to do everything on our own , that is why it is extremely important that the people we have around us are Positive, Honest ,Supportive and lastly have something going on for themselves. If you are the smartest person in your group and you are not growing you are doing yourself a huge disservice.

Don’t not become small for people , who refuse to grow !!!

4. Track your progress

Without a plan or strategy you will travel in circles. Keep a journal and write down what your working on , write your goals, and track your progress .When we write it down we are making an agreement with the universe that this is what we want and what we are working towards . We have 184 days left of 2019 .. we ain’t got time for anything that does not serve us .

The perfect striped Dress

Fresnoooooo, you are showing out this summer with this heat. Now I am still trying to figure out how I have survived the  last 7 years . I am happy to report we are pushing through. Is it True: The power of BeLief

The truth is life is going to show up no matter what it is up to us to decide how we are going to respond. I realized that some of the things that were bothering me was just a Dam lie and I am way beyond what I am telling myself is truth . One important lesson I have learned ....is in order to get to the truth you have to understand where it comes from . If you need to overcome some things to. Get to the truth here are some ways that will allow you to thrive. 

 YOU ARE WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE ....   

The way you talk about yourself sets the tone to how everyone else is going to treat you . If you are constantly telling yourself you are not good enough(side eyeing your thoughts) . Well guess what? you are going to start believing it . Speak positive about who you are and what you do . We been told that words won’t hurt us but that is a LIE.  If we do not protect our energy and thoughts about who we are . We will easily fail victim to believing what they speak about us is true. 

  I CANNOT DO IT

Girl if I had quarter for everything I hear someone tell me how they cannot do something. Now I get it somethings we won’t be good at . For example you cannot tell me I am not Beyoncé backup singer when I turn that radio on and hit every note with everything in me . But I also know I cannot  sing professionally and that’s okay , BUT what I do is try .Cannot should not even be in your vocabulary. As soon as you say you can’t  , you already told the universe to pass you up . Girl I need all my blessings to find me .   

    Your Response is Everything 

This one is still a work in progress ( everyday if I am being honest ) I am currently unlearning that everything doesn’t require an response , even if it is a bull-face lie. I take great pride in who I am and the things I have overcame. So when something is wrong my first reaction is to defend my self .But people will test you and you know what ?it has nothing to do with you. People will leave there problems for you to solve, blame or simply piss you off don’t let them . Choose when and how to reply or simply keep them on READ.

  The real belief is everyday we get a chance to make an impact on the world don’t waste it some things that don’t help you achieve your mission .
