It’s not stupid. I promise. It’s not stupid to turn into your 5 year old self and get happy beyond measure for the little things. It’s not stupid to be proud of yourself for completing a load of laundry and washing the dishes. You aren’t lame for patting yourself on the back when you chose a salad over a burger. You’re taking care of yourself and each victory - no matter how small - is worth celebrating.

Hello tumblr, I really have no self control, but I really want to change now (I can already see how this is going to end). anyway, I will try to pick up the food diary again, but I’m not sure if I can take pictures of everything I eat, but I will try my best. So, after two weeks of school free time I think I can finally start again and hope that I don’t spiral back into an abyss of self destruction after school tomorrow. Also I will always put the TW in the tags just because I don’t want to trigger people because some people consider my intake to low, and that’s fine, but I’m trying to loose weight in a healthy way and yes, I do estimate my calorie intake but that’s just so I don’t overeat, because of my eating disorder I kinda lost my feeling of hunger. So here is today’s food intake: 23.04.17 Breakfast: -2 slices of whole wheat toast with vegan cheese spread and cucumber - small bowl of strawberries
Snacks: - 1 banana
- 2 mini “milky ways”
Afternoon meal:
- 1 sweet potato with broccoli and a red cabbage salad with self made vegan honey-mustard dressing (because I was craving something crunchy and fresh and I know it doesn’t look appetizing)
